The view was great the place was very peaceful I would definitely visit again.

The jacuzzi tub didn't work properly and the the TV remote didn't work at all.

The location was perfect with the stream on the side of the house.

ZERO RATING if I was able to do this but gave a 1 because there wasnt an option!! This place is unacceptable! Many, many, many issues regarding this home. The photos of the home on booking.com are very deceiving and the listing is very vague to make the home look nicer than what it really is. Attached are photos of this location, but here are some of the few issues: Non smoking home but had a strong smell of marijuana, found dead cockroaches under pillows, bugs in bed, back room heater didnt work, people wondering around the house, it says ground level house but it's on the top floor, cleaners of the house stay down stairs and talk loudly and smoke marijuana, outlets weren't working properly, master room shower was a sprinkle with a shower curtain that only covered 75% of the shower, dirty dishes in cabinet and dish washer, expired coffee on counter, laundry room had an old mask, trash and socks on the floor, the code for our rooms were programmed to the cleaners home down stairs as well, etc, etc, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE!! We are now having to deal with the co-owner of the home to get the refund while the owner is in out of the country. It's been the worst experience by far! It's been another hassle to communicate to the owner about getting the refund. We have been waiting over 3 days and counting! Although the manager was courteous and professional and came to the home to listen to our concerns, but having to go back and forth between booking.com and him has been very inconvenient! Save your money, time and patience and find another house! Also, booking.com is the middle man and they will not give you a refund as the payments are done between the homeowner and you. They did try to find a place for a relocation, but we found one ourselves through another company.
