All the staff were very nice ( except the check in manager Jamie) and the accomodations were great. The restaurant food was good.

Very rude desk manager, on the phone and in person. Jamie has no customer service skills and should not be working that kind of job period. I will not return to the Skyline hotel if she is still employed there. Too bad, as I do like this hotel.

The staff is amazing. We stay here at least 3 times a year for 3-5 days each visit. Christmas time is the best. So cozy. Everything is clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect. The beds are comfy. The rooms are perfectly sized. Home away from home. We don't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much Skyline! We will be returning soon.

Room was very dusty when I arrived. TV not working properly. Message lamp on the phone constantly on. - The hotel is located in a rather shabby industrial zone environment outside Henderson.

Room with King Size bed had plenty of room. Bathroom was roomy and like other hotels did not feel cramped for space. Location was perfect for my stay & easy in and out. Staff welcoming & friendly and Cruz the bartender is a sweetheart! Also Irene the waitress was so pleasant with her service at breakfast. I like the history of the Casino & the artwork & memorabilia that marks the history of Vegas.

For my purposes for a one night stay it suited me perfectly & then next morning with good breakfast & some gambling onsite before checking out was just right for this trip.

Sehr sauber, ordentlich und moderne Ausstattung. Zimmer geräumig und komfortabel. Gutes Restaurant mit großen Portionen. Freundliches Personal.

The staff, room and restaurant were wonderful. Prices in the restaurant were fantastic and the food was delicious. We will definitely stop and stay here again.

The hallways were nice and wide with benches, but apparently that is so people can sit outside their rooms and smoke.

The room was beautiful, large, and very clean. We loved the themes throughout the hotel and restaurant. It’s one of the best hotels we stayed at in a while and the restaurant was delicious every time we went each time of day. They don’t have a kids menu but they made cute accommodations for our little one.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about it. We were provided with everything we could have needed and some things we wouldn’t have even thought about (a bidet? So nice)

The room was good

The location was in a old side of town.

It was clean and close to the freeway.

No central air so the air conditioner kept going on and off all night long. When we went to there casino. The bartender was no where to be found, plus you can only have one drink per hour when playing, well I spend 300.00 in an hour playing 5.00 poker and to only get one drink. Not impressed.

Restaurant was good & staff was nice

Hotel manager Jamie was rude & didn't acknowledge our party when we walked in as she was on her phone & continued on her phone through the first part of check-in. She placed a paper in front of me with some highlights & just stood thrre. I asked her for some guidance on what I was signing & she said, "Do we have a problem here?". She seemed to be put out by our party arriving early by 5 minutes as she stated check in was not until 3:00 & it was 2:55. She was the same at checkout. Disrespectful demeanor. Upon my daughter arriving, she asked where room 306 was. Another staff member said, "There's the elevator." Not being a frequent traveler, she didn't know the room was on the 3rd floor. So she asked again where room 306 was only to have a disrespectful tone that it's on the 3rd floor.

the property was just as described and we were very pleased with how we were able to travel through without alot of hassle. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious.

it was never an issue but we were only passing through and didn’t want the headaches of Las Vegas traffic, parking and expenses so we drove last to Henderson. The property is next to low housing neighborhood, which because of our car packed raised some concerns, but everything was ok, no issues. we asked for a room facing the parking lot on the ground floor and parked in front of the car.

A little too out of date and worse for wear for my taste. I also noticed a faintly unpleasant smell as soon as I got on my floor (and in my room) and I'm guessing it was residual cigarette smoke from the casino.
