Initially the property was lovely. The pool had construction and the view was not as described. We should have been informed that the pool was not operable

we checked in at 3:30 AM and were asked if we had a car we said no but would have one later for a day or so. The gentleman at the front desk handed me a parking pass and never mentioned anything about parking fees. We left the property at 9 AM and I handed my keys to the front desk clerk and he said great you’re all set thank you. I closed out my stay with them. Three hours later, the hotel charged my American Express two times without my prior approval. The charges were for parking. When I called to ask about and dispute the parking, The person on the phone was belligerent and disrespectful. Considering I just spent about $1000 on three nights at an average hotel, it was unfortunate for the front desk clerk to be so disrespectful. It is inappropriate for my American Express card to be arbitrarily charged three hours after I have checked out.

Under Construction. The pics of the pool are not a pool, it is a hot tub that isn’t hot. we had to switch rooms, because there was a leaking ceiling in the first room. Old everything.

Huge suite was lovely. people at the desk were the nicest I’ve ever run across in all my travels (I’m 64)! Beautiful view of the ocean.

The hot water was inconsistent and a bit of an odor from the bathroom sink drain.

Great Location

Being a suite with a kitchenette there was no towels or paper towel for kitchen use. No utensils to actually cook with and eat. Towel service was zero. Gave us 2 replacement towels for 4 people staying 5 days. Sofa and chairs very uncomfortable.

Bottle sorting for recycle(?) Next door at restaurant made it hard to go to sleep. After that I slept very well!

I love the location it was perfect the room was big like a apartment without a stove there's a TV in the living room and in the bedroom they offer a continental breakfast coffee oatmeal toast Bagels waffles Etc

Through much pricey for one night it costed 271 with a $10 parking charge although refundable $100 credit card hold for one night a Wednesday to Thursday I didn't like there wasn't a bathtub in the room and I didn't like that there wasn't a sliding door from the bedroom just the window that let out to the walkway
