Ubication. Near to the ferry. Main Street’s location.

The location was convenient to the ferry and Main Street for restaurants, shops, and bars.

There was no TV in the room. We had a private bathroom in our room but most rooms on the property share bathrooms. If we didn’t have a private bathroom we would not have stayed there.

Great location right when you get off the ferry. Next door to a convenient store. Bike rental, beach chairs and umbrella included with your stay!!

Location was the only good part, room was small , photos on website very misleading, staff friendly , as for breakfast, “there was none”

Ms As a business owner. I tried to help this man bc he mostly has teenagers stay at his hotel. He usually gets 1-2 rating. There r no amenities. No tv just a bed booked this hotel in Aug just to get away for few nights. We had hurricane warnings ferries we're being cancelled. Did not want to get stuck there bc everything would prob close and fire island gets flooded sometimes. Was concerned of weather there and at my own home with hurricane warnings everywhere . This man owner took my money despite weather conditions. I did call but his desk is very hard to reach with only certain window times that . Someone is at desk. Left message ,stated I was cancelling due to weather which was posted everywhere but said they did not receive. I tried to dispute my 3 day charge . Anyway. I Was very upset. People know the weather conditions there. It is not pleasant in fire island if there is a hurricane. With limited ferry Rides I Was concerned on being stuck there and evacuated, so I did not want to spend all money on ferry and rooms. Owner Did not offer refund. Took all my money for 3 days. This is poor business on how to treat ppl. Just terrible!! Will never go or recommend stay to anyone !!! Better places to go for sure !!! Total disappointment of how u treat your customers. Would never treat my customers this way !! Keep my money to which u did anyways. I will never return and find much better places to stay. Frank
