Once we got in the condo was fine. The whole gated complex looked nice.

Pool was NOT heated as advertised. Entry code to condo did not work when we arrived at night. Drug pipe was beside our door. Fake nails littered our doorway

I liked the set up of the rooms. The safety gate and the stairs prior to entry into the actual apartment was a plus. There were ample kitchen supplies, bedding and sheets for all the guests. I felt very comfortable and safe in the apartment. The pool was not too busy with people and there was a splash pad as well for further enjoyment for the kids. One of the pluses was that there was a walmart within walking distance.

I was very surprised to find a snake right outside the door one day. The traffic around the area was simply unbearable.

everything was clean, described correctly, everything worked, nothing was broken, a lot of towels, pillows, and covers were available.

garage was too short and narrow but at least there is a garage!

The environment is good, very close to Wal-Mart, the kitchen utensils are complete, you can cook your favorite food, and it is as comfortable as home.

The opening hours of the community swimming pool and gym are not suitable for customers like us. It is too late in the morning and too early in the evening, because 9:00-6:00 is the time to play outside, and the equipment is complete but there is no scissors.

The kitchen accommodations which included cook and dinner ware. Also, having a washer and dryer that work.

I didn’t we had no privacy in our master bedroom. The window blinds were broken and pieces were missing. We had to hang towels up in the window to kinda cover the window. We reported and someone was suppose to come replace but never did. The bed sheets on the Master bedroom bed had stains in them which made them unsanitary big brown spots just nasty. The small bedroom bed sheets on one of the two beds were stain with brown spots. The garbage disposal was leaking inoperative. The building light over the entry door outside was not working could have been a shortage in the light . We reported it but no one came to see what the problem was even after we were told that someone was being sent over for all the problems that we reported. It was like you guys didn’t value the security of your guests. Televisions in the two other bedrooms were to small.

The property was very clean and we had a Walmart close by, the drive to the theme parks was also very easy

Our only struggle was the door code not working and the blender also didn’t work
