Very good location. We choose it as a one day stop on a trip to Dolomites,Italy. Breakfast was really good. Tried to rebook on a way back but we were surprised by price increace. Free parking

Everything. Sheets had holes, staff was unfriendly and there was no light on the hotel halls

In our hotel room, there was a problem with television, but the receptionist told us, they will move us to another room. Very generous staff. Breakfast was very good. Very sweet staff. The location is very good. Calm and silent, available a few minutes from bus stop.

the location is perfect and the hotel was very clean and the staff fairly friendly.
The car park was nice and big allthough not very well maintained.
The price was very high, and for a hotel in this price range i would at least expect a better breakfast. Unfortunatly breakfast was not served on the nice outside portch and was very basic for that high price and prepared without love or caring !
If it would have cost € 50 per night then it would be ok, but not for that price segment ! The staff is not do blame and did it utmost best to their abilities . But i won´nt be staying there again ! On top of that no company invoice could be issued by the reception, i have to write a e-mail to some adress that i was given, very poor service indeed !!

The location was great, few minutes walk from.town center and Svatý kopeček. Breakfast was ok (we are not picky). Rooms were clean.
No complimentary toiletries such as bar soap, shampoo and shower gel. Also it would be nice if have bottle of water specially during hot weather.

Booked it last minute. Rooms was a bit small for 4 people for the price we paid. You can book the similar room near to that area for 2 nights without breakfast. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly hotel director, quite large rooms, convinient parking, the town is beautifull.
Breakfasts. There was nothing warm apart from sausage and general quality of products was lacking. Early breakfast and checkout.

The room was clean, but the shower was on the verge of falling apart. The breakfasts were quite rich, they were continuously supplemented. The location is good, 5 minutes walk from the center.
accommodation does not meet the requirements of a 3 stars hotel. It seems like pension. There isn’t refrigerator in the room. It didn't smell very good in the hallway. Accomodation was too expensive compared to services.
