The view was spectacular.

Some furnishings were in need of replacement. Didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

This is my first negative Yelp. If not for the view, my much needed getaway would have been ruined. The sheets had not been laundered, they had sand, body hair, and stains. DIRTY SHEETS are not acceptable. When I reached out to the owner, she offered a choice of sending a cleaning team to wash the sheets or $20 with a snarky “sorry about that.” The owner should consider investing in new sheets that are not pilled, shower curtains that are not dingy, hiring Stanley Steamer for dirty upholstered furniture and a new cleaning team that will not leave hair in the refrigerator. An added plus would be a coffee pot with automatic shutoff to avoid any fire hazard. Can not recommend.

The views from this third floor condo were outstanding. Cedar Key is a small town so we rented a golf cart to runaround with. We did two nights, but would have been very comfortable with a longer stay!

I liked the balcony we got to see dolphins twice right off our own balcony. We had enough space that we could move around. The view was amazing and the furniture was comfortable.

I did not like all the stairs. My grandpa was with us and it was too far for him to walk to town. So we had to drive, we couldn't hardly find a parking spot in town and ended up having to walk a lot.

Everything! We will definitely stay again and recommend.

The location is beautiful. It looks out on the cedar key bay and an easy launch for a a kayak.

The hot tub could have been turned on and cleaned

The view was spectacular. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the key retrieval but that was our fault. The only takeaway was the stairs... daunting.

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like! Everywhere we went in town, the locals were very friendly! It’s a great place to stay, nice and laid back and peaceful! Just what we was looking for! 😁 thank you so much!

Kinda smelled (but I’m a Scentsy girl and I love my home fragrance!)

Big breezy porch. Beautiful sunsets. Relaxing hot tub and refreshing pool. Close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough for peace and quiet.

No elevator. But the view from the third floor was worth it.
