Facilities are great. The host is easy to connect with and very kind. Even though we had trouble with the unique (to us) payment technique the host was accessible and helped coach us through the process. Front desk staff of the building is also very kind and helpful. Lovely view from the 12th floor.
While this is in no way a reflection of the host, be aware that since this is not a hotel but an apartment rental, you cannot pay on site. Rather, you must use a local payment service to transfer cash to the owner's personal account. It is not very difficult to do as long as you are prepared (which we were not) and speak the language.
