The view of the trees out back and the airflow through the unit was great

There was a moldy smell in the unit and cabinets. There was visible water damage on the base of cabinets. We left early because I had trouble breathing as I am sensitive to mold. The management refused to help or refund our money for the remaining 3 days even though we told them 24 hrs in advance. They refuse to acknowledge there is a problem. Also the sheets were old and had a blood stain.

Location. Kitchen had everything

Bedsheets were rough. Big cockroach in bathroom. Steps to loft was very steep. No extra blankets — we did not like using the bed covers as blankets. The dresser drawers smelled funky

We liked the location. We were dropping off our son at college and making it a vacation. Was nice to be able to access the beach so close.

If you want a bare bones place to sleep, this is it. The sheets were pillie, the washer didn’t spin-we were left with soaking clothes, the decor is 80’s and needs to be updated. The only a/c is in the bedroom downstairs. That’s great for the people sleeping in that room but those in the loft get really hot and it’s hard to sleep. You do get a good cross breeze when you open the front door ( there is a screened door) and the patio door (screened also) but you can’t sleep with the front door open. On the instruction card it suggests you turn off the a/c at night as to not disturb the other tenants with the noise?! There is no tv in the master bedroom. Everyone wanted to congratulate in our bedroom because of the a/c but there was no tv. We stayed 6 days but they didn’t leave enough dishwasher tabs or trash bags. Next time we will be staying at the Marriott at the PCC.

Good location and very quiet. Pool was beautiful and clean. Easy check in.

This unit needs to be updated. EVERYTHING is VERY old and outdated and needs to be replaced. Needs new carpet. It was lacking simple necessities like dish soap & pillows.

Nice to have a refrigerator and a stove top and an oven. Did not realize air-conditioning is only in the bedroom right by the front door. The whole place was very sticky like it had been bug sprayed. Dead roaches found all around including baked on one pan. A few of the dishes were clean but the rest looked like they hadn’t been used or cleaned in quite some time. Sticky

Comfortable beds and decent showers. Someone needs to clean where the shower meets the wall. And the vents were absolutely caked

The pool

The entrance process was horrible. We were turned away twice at our check-in time requested between 1 and 2pm then at 3pm when they told us to come back and call for entry we got a recording of the hours because they had just closed. This all should have been in the email. Also there is a combination key lock box on the wall as well as on the door but covered by a screen so you don’t know it’s there.

So close to the resort and beach! Loved that we could easily walk there.

It would have been great to have a jacuzzi!
