location adequate . one bedroom was needed for separation for baby .adequate cooling . laundry on premises.

dirty carpet . roaches found . 11 month old was found with one in her hand . beds very uncomfortable . bedroom and pull out . long walk to beach . no hot tub and pool not warm . Stayed 6 nights in Kauai , which was wonderful . This Oahu north shore condo for 4 nights was $400 more than our 6 night stay . Would not recommend

For what we need the value was a great deal. Most places were charging over $100 more a night. The place was very basic but when you only need a place to sleep and do laundry this is worth the price.

Probably better pest control. Got a couple gnarly giant water bugs or garden roaches. Place was clean. I understand it’s paradise so you will have wildlife but the bugs came back every now and then. Creeped out my kids and wife.

Having the comforts of home. We didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Conveniently located near Kahuku.

The washer was very loud and most of all, the refrigerator needs to be replaced. It just didn’t look good that the refrig was spray painted white to maybe cover rust marks.

The location is superb!

The condo is a little outdated. There is no air conditioner in the lounge, only in the bedroom, and it is very loud!
