Place was nice and clean had all we needed.

The upstairs bedroom got very hot a better air-conditioned upstairs would be good. Be able to get into accommodation earlier would be good to 3.00pm is a be late.

The downstairs bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work properly & appeared to be clogged with dust & dirt. This seemed like a potential fire hazard! The bathtub in the same bathroom drained very slowly.

Location. Easy keypad for entry. Very clean. Bluetooth speaker. Access to Netflix a nice perk.

Ice maker in freezer did not work. One of the dining room chairs is broken. Master bed is very squeaky. No full length mirror in condo.

Apartment in nice location and great outdoors. Good point not having carpet.

The apartment was not properly clean. Some upgrades but still missing more to do.

Location was great.

Downstairs bed. Mattress has a big dip in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. Husband and I were sinking in towards the center of the bed. Not good for low backs. Ended up sleeping with our boys on the upstairs loft.

Very nice updated condo. We felt totally at home. They have the most comfortable beds, which helped us relax after we played hard all day! Washer and dryer were a plus.

Unit: This is a particularly well-appointed unit with so many great quality amenities especially compared to our friends units in the same property. They provide ample cleaning supplies, boogie boards, beach chairs, creature comforts like sugar, salt, rice cooker, chopsticks, salad spinner, pitcher, sunscreen, integrated USB chargers, multiple outlet adapters for charging all the things. For folks who want to use the kitchen, the kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils, basics) is great quality for a rental unit. The furniture and beds are solid, modern and comfortable with great quality bedding. The kitchen & bath areas seem recently remodeled (counters, cabinetry, etc.) Property Grounds: The property boasts common pool areas with showers, shade, tables, chairs and BBQs which our family used to have group cookouts. Really nice for multi-family gathering. Location: Wow!!What a great value for North Shore. Right next to Turtle Bay resort and beaches. Situated perfectly between the attractions toward Kahuku (Polynesian Cultural Center & Kualoa Ranch) and Haleiwa (beach activities, snorkeling, Ted’s bakery, etc.) Foodland supermarket and pharmacy services were 10-12 min. in either direction. Overall this unit is superb!

Unit: The overall care for the unit is so good that the owner may not be aware of the little things that need attention: The toilet seat upstairs is not properly connected to the bowl, so it came off a few times. The downstairs bathroom sink leaked water out the back. The front door screen closes slowly, but slams shut and makes a loud bang when it does, there was a broken ice tray that should be replaced. Also, I asked the reservation company prior to arrival about parking. The description indicated that there was not parking available for this unit. Then I was told in a message that there was an assigned spot. There is a truck permanently parked in the assigned parking spot. We informed the property and parked in a guest parking spot the whole time. It was not a problem, but it did make us nervous when we arrived. Property: There was a somewhat confusing gate entry system using a fob instead of an access code. It took a few days to sort out how to get in and out of the grounds. If a car had an issue at the front gate, other cars can’t get onto the property.

Clean, comfortable, nice location, fun books to look through for kids. They responded promptly to questions. Had some pool toys. Pool was nice kids love to relax in it at end of each day and it was warm. Loved it and would stay here again a great price for what you get.

Could have used more toilet paper and paper towels they both ran out. No plastic wrap or other kitchen items. But did had all utensils and pans needed just few extra little things could have been there.
