We arrived close to 12am. Official light was off, I call in to the office. A lady answered the phone she stated the office is open I should come in. I told her that I'm standing in front of the office door out side. She than trun on the light walked out of the back office sleepy trying to checked me in, a baby was crying during the time. No service offer at all very unprofessional. A business should not be run this way.

Be kind care about your job, respect and be passion about the customers safety and needs. shovel the snow!!! I don't mind to pay 150.00 dollars for good customer service. Your customers service is bad 👎 keep your baby at home.

Overcharge n they treated my husband with disrespect acting as if ge owed money when we got back from lunch but the staff had miscommunications withbeachother and my husband never received an apology or a discount or anything. Never received maid service IN THE 6 Nights we stayed n it's just way to overpriced for that motels value. Good TV stations tho.

It was clean enough and the bed was comfortable ...... it was a place to wait out the blizzard for two days

No heater, room was cold They were doing construction in the room right next door. Very loud. Kids running around yelling. Bed was super hard I called the front desk and a child, approx 8 years old answered the phone, and continued to relay the question and answers. Towels were hella small and dingy. Not comfortable at all

Location was good. Close to downtown where we were seeing a show.

Looked like an older building that has been restored, but not yet finished. Rooms are basic and unfinished… No art or decor, funky wall lights with a switch on the cord to turn them on, heating unit high up on the wall in the bathroom that was difficult to reach or turn on.
