Great breakfast and location.

Breakfast was very good and the location very convenient for skiers as the shuttle stop and the gear store are at walking distance from the hotel.

Overall I was very satisfied.

We liked the location and accessibility.

the indoor/outdoor was tough in winter icy/slippery hallways. it’s a much better summer location.

The location was perfect and the room on the ground floor was great. They have large rooms with a table and two chair plus a nice chair and lamp to relax in.

The first two nights and mornings I. Oils hear the toilet flush and shower easily. The next night I closed the door with solves the problem for the most part. I could hear the toilet but barely.

Breakfast was inviting, but could have used a meat selection such as sausage and/or bacon. Room was clean and cozy, with superb views of Bald Mountain ski slopes. Reception desk staff were friendly and helpful in all ways.

Toilet was backed up and would not flush properly when I got there. Half & Half in the room's convenience coffee station was sour and curdled when put in the morning's coffee.

Rooms comfortable and had great design... Breakfast waa great!

Very convenient to downtown Ketchum. Easy walk to restaurants. Nice modern rooms. Great breakfast area, very cozy. Well done.

HOUSEKEEPING. My rating would be 5 stars if they had cleaned when they were supposed to; after the 3rd night. it was still dirty when I returned late from the Sun Valley Jazz Festival. I went down to the office and was told that they should have cleaned it that day, but they did not. I had to request clean towels and more body wash. I asked to be comped for 1 night (out of my 5 night stay), but was told they didn’t have the authority to do that since I didn’t book directly through the hotel. They did give me a $50 refund.

Minimalist, modern and elegant room. Front lobby decor was playful and funky in a good way.

The Hotel Ketchum location is perfectly situated in town to allow for walking throughout the city. The room was very well done, comfortable and clean. The lobby had a wonderful sitting area with great decor, a fireplace and comfortable seating. The daily breakfast bar was well stocked with a variety of items and fresh fruit and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was lovely but I would have liked easier access to the higher floors. There is an elevator but we were staying on the third floor so it was a little cumbersome. Not a huge deal.

Everything! The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! We loved the stylish, outdoorsy themed aesthetic and vibe. Wish we had time to go to the pool during our stay because it looked SO nice. Breakfast was also very good.

Clean and decorated well. The pool area was nice and clean

We were on the bottom floor. Was very noisy when the people about us started to walk around at 5 am. Could here every footstep and even when they used the bathroom and flushed the toilet
