Luxury Villa Cottage with Hot Tub Jacuzzi and stunning uninterrupted sea views!

Every member of the family enjoyed their stay. Every day something different to do and see.
The villa was as described spacious clean in fact everything you could wish for. The showers were amazing. Loved the beer/wine fridge. The garden was maintained so big too. The views were spectacular. We would highly recommend.

Great location, lovely property, amazing views and sunsets, hot tub to soothe those aching legs after long coastal walks

I cant praise this holiday property enough...to start with on arrival there is a key codecso really easy. Inside on arrival property was spotlessly clean. Lovely touches that made lofe with a todler so easy. Dishwasher tablets, washing capsules, bottle of prosecco all supplied. Everything you would need to relax was there. Sensor lights which helps a little one if they wake and not sure where they are. A window from kitchen to hugh conservatory so i could watch toddler when i was in the kitchen. Lovely flow to the property.
Then the view...stunning doesnt capture the view. Plus the sunsets out to sea which is beautiful. So relaxing. Hottub brilliant!
All the bedrooms were nicely decorated so home from home feel.
The beach is sandy and only a few minutes walk from the proprty so again ideal for a young family. The cafe in the village does lovely food too.
To top it off we left some clothes behind in one of the bedrooms...lorraine spotted this before we did a is posting them back for us. What a gem.
We will look to return in the future.

A beautiful property. Felt like home from home. Stunning sea views to the rear and right onto the coastal path from the garden gate. Amazing sunsets viewed from the fantastic hot tub. So peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay so much.

This bungalow is located on the edge of Cemaes Bay in Anglesey. It is large spacious and well equipped. The views are outstanding with direct access to the coast path from the end of the garden. We had dogs with us nd the garden was very secure. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. The property was very clean and well equipped with ample parking and easy access. We had elderly relatives with us who benefitted from it being on one level.
We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Amazing property and good hosts

Ideal property for our family Christmas. Plenty of space for 8 adults, two children and dogs. Multiple sitting areas were perfect to allow us freedom when we don’t all want to do the same thing and plenty of cooking space due to the two kitchen areas. The outside space was amazing, beautiful views and right on the coastal path for walks. We were also fortunate enough for some nice weather so we got to enjoy the hot tub too. Would love to come back again in the future and would highly recommend this property.

Modern clean family accommodation with a big garden and wonderful sea views.
Very well equipped if you need to cook at home
Ie. elderly relatives/ small children.
Thoughtful and generous provision of basic household needs, ie.cleaning and laundry.
.Our family ranged from a 98 blind great granny to a boisterous 3 year old and the property suited us all.
4.9
We were not disappointed by the quality, comfort, location or the amenities provided.
The walks available right outside the gate provided a much needed escape and we never became tired of the views.
Our only negative experience was with the frustration caused by power issues that were eventually attributed to a fault on the dishwasher. This took several days to resolve, but thanks to the property manager, Lorraine and the friendly maintenance guy who kept needing to return, a new dishwasher was installed.

An amazing week in an amazing property along with wonderful weather. The accommodation was superb with plenty of room for us all to spread out. Our grandchildren appreciated the outdoor space and we all appreciated the hot tub. With wonderful views and amazing sunsets what more could we want? Would love to return

We went as a family of 7 and a small dog 🐶 for Easter. We’ve been to wales many times but not this part of wales. We weren’t disappointed! The house was lovely and spacious and had a huge garden for the dog to run around. The views are absolutely amazing !!!! Loved the hot tub on the days that we had some sun. We all had a great time .. thanks for having us!!

7 of us stayed here (for the 2nd time!). House Is situated on sea front, gorgeous views and walks on your doorstep. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you can think of. Love this property and would highly recommend

The property is spacious, with three sitting areas, so ideal for a family to have some space. 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms ensure no arguments. Well appointed kitchen and sharp knives, which is a huge plus!
Fantastic coastal views and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. We had a fab week exploring Anglesey.
4.9
Lovely house, plenty of room in an excellent location right by the coastal path. Quiet area with stunning views.
4.9
House is as described but the garden and views exceed the description. Plenty of personal space indoors for the six of us if needed and the large Conservatory provided excellent space for evening entertainment with overall view of the garden to monitor what the children and dog were doing.
Only minor criticism is that King Size beds could replace the smaller Queen size. Showers and bathrooms are more than adequately equipped with luxurious fittings. Might be an idea to include a medium size fan, particularly for the ‘extension’ bedroom, the lack of opening window caused some discomfort.
Mark is very helpful in answering queries and is to be complemented, along with Lorraine in the presentation of the house.

Perfect location views to die for.
Property was lovely. Great views and perfect location. Really good decor and facilities. Had a slight issue with a leaking roof but contacted the agent and they were put the next day to look at it. Not their fault and did not make much difference to our stay. Would 100% stay again.

This was a holiday for my family of 8, and was everything that we hoped for. It was helped by lovely weather ! The views from the garden over the cliffs and out to sea were incredible and the ability to go out of the garden gate immediately on to a coastal path was a major plus. Hot tub used every day. Would have no hesitation in coming here again.

Lovely house with plenty of space. Well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 generation holiday. The location is utterly stunning with coastal paths literally on the door step. Honestly could not fault our stay. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, off road parking. Large secure garden with hot tub which was wonderful for our grandkids. Hope to stay again soon.

What a perfect spot for our last trip to UK with our 89 yr old dad. We are close to 60 and all have different ways of living life and this house was absolutely perfect for us. We all had our own bedrooms and there were 3 washrooms. The house is so sound proof it worked out great. My youngest sister loved watching TV while having a bath in the great soaker tub. And then there was the Hot tub overlooking the Irish Sea. Watched freighters and cruise ships go by.
Definitely a place worth staying.
Thank you Mark and Lorraine. We wish we could have had massages etc from Lorraine but she was away the week we were there.
Best of all There was milk in the fridge so we had a cup of tea upon arriving while getting our bearings. Thank you again.

Fantastic House - Excellent location
The house was spotless and the views are amazing. Well equipped - everything we needed for 2 families and the dogs. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

We chose the house for the situation and view from the garden and it is even better than the pictures show. It was very spacious (more than we needed as a family of 4 plus dog) and well equipped, spotless and really warm which in Feb was important! There is an annex with big bedroom and lovely bathroom (both with sea views) as well as a mini kitchenette and sofa area which could be useful for larger groups.
Highlight is the view from the sun room and the hot tub (which is massive and top quality) out to the sea and there are lovely cliff and beach walks from the back gate. Enclosed garden is perfect for dogs to run around in.
Cemaes Bay is pretty small but chip shop is good and general store has the essentials. Bay View Hotel worth a visit as it the Lobster Poy in Church Bay.
Mark was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Christmas 2021
What a fantastic place to spend Christmas! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the Christmas decorations were lovely and a really thoughtful touch. Our dogs loved the beaches and the back garden. It was great to sit in the Sun Room watching them play outside on the large lawn, with the spectacular views in the background. The hot tub was definitely an added bonus for our sons. Brilliant to have beaches, shops and pubs within a short walking distance. Would definitely love to return in the future.

Pub a 7 minute walk to the village - with other shops, cafes etc. Sunday dinner in the bay view hotel was gorgeous!! Hot tub great! Would definitely recommend and go back x
