Everything. Close to the beach in walking distance, very clean and cozy. Lovely patio with the Seaview. The room had 2 fridges and beach equipment. Good communication with the owner.

It is a very nice property with all the basic things that you would need during your stay. The property looks over the pool and the ocean. It is very quiet during the night. You can enjoy a glass on the balcony. It is very close to Coconut Marketplace where you can find different shops and restaurants. You would need a car for Kapaa town centre. The best restaurant in the area is Lava Lava Beach Club.

It is a shame that I had to give a low score for this property, but we had no aircon during our 8-day stay. It was extremely hot during the night. The property owners didn't believe us when we said that the air is not working and they kind of blamed us for not setting the air properly which was not the case. The air should have been set before our arrival. We paid for a property with aircon and unfortunately, this service was not offered. We felt that the owners were very hesitant to solve this massive issue as the aircon unit was new and they never thought that it can already have an issue.

Check in was extremely easy! The owners took time prior to our arrival to give us very detailed information on the check in process and it was so easy after a long day of travel. The unit was exactly as was described and the view was even better than we expected. The owners were very informative throughout the stay and were very easy to contact and responded to all of our concerns very timely. I cannot say enough about these owners and their unit! Our stay was so nice. Even though it was a little tight with our family of 4 (2 adult children), the loveliness of the unit, the complex and ease of this rental and owners made it perfection! I would recommend this unit wholeheartedly and would love to rent from these wonderful owners again when in Kauai! Thank you for a wonderful stay Don and Christina! May God always bless you.

The scenery was beautiful , the stores, shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. Also the property is on the beach.

No elevators. We had to tow our luggage up the stairs. No coffee provided.

A nice place close to the beach. Excellent communication by the host. All necessary information for the checkin was sent well in advance and was clear and easy understandable. The information provided on the surroundings (restaurants etc.) was very helpful. The unit is nice, on the second floor, with a lanai overviewing the central part of the resort (picture: middle lanai on the lefthand side) The unite was very tidy. It comes with two fridges and an additional cooking opportunity besides the microwave. I felt very comfortable in the unit and can only recommend it.

Everything was fine. One small thing maybe: Most of the glasses provided were plastic. Though I fully understand the reason why, I prefer to drink my wine in proper glass ware. But as said, this is just a small point and did not harm the excellent overall impression.

Have stayed at Islander previously and love the location and size of the property. My hosts were thoughtfully thorough in all of their home.

No complaints; I know the property well and was very happy to return with pleasant memories.
