No breakfast but the location was what I was looking for, nestled in the woods.

There was no cover over the deck so the sun would get a bit hot in the afternoon. No smoking rooms available.

This was an amazing place to stay. In cabin 6 we had a beautiful view of the lake and even though there were other cabins it felt very private and secluded. The deer greeted us and we enjoyed watching them so close to the cabin and not afraid of us. The room itself smelled wonderful and the bed was beyond comfortable. The chilled bottle of wine was a wonderful touch and we enjoyed it! I can't wait to come back!

There wasn't anything about this place that we didn't like! Everything was wonderful and clean and this was a great place to commune with nature and enjoy God's creations!

The view was amazing! The owner was very friendly and wanted to ensure all his guests were having a great time. The accommodations beat my expectations and I am so happy I stayed here. I will definitely be back Kevin:)

Nothing really, the suite was sparkling clean and I didn't notice any areas of improvement at all truthfully!

The advertisement showed the nice room so that’s what I thought I was getting, we ended up in a tiny room instead.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. We were so pleased that we will be back to visit soon!

There was nothing that we didn’t like or approve of.

We were out of the city of Eureka Springs, but close enough to enjoy all it has to offer.

We didn't get the accommodations we thought we were paying for. Spent a lot of money for very little. Then the flooring between the room and bathroom was rotting out and the bathroom sink had multiple cracks. The trees are overgrown down the driveway to the point they are constantly hitting the vehicle. Parking spaces are so tight had to bother other people staying to be able to leave as all needed to move vehicles. Our room was a suite downstairs. The noises coming from 2 different guests (people changed while we were there) that were above us sounded like they were either bowling or tap dancing. Either way wasn't relaxing.

Was a pretty view but too long a walk down a not stable trail to the shore. The deer roaming the property was a nice touch.

Too long a walk to shore on an unstable path. Made it halfway and some other guests told me it was too steep so I turned around. The room is in need of some updates. Not exactly senior friendly bathtub because of the size it was extremely difficult to get in the shower. The blinds were broken in spots and the outdoor furniture was broken and rusted. I would suggest not staying in suite B because if there are guests in suite A, it's extremely loud above head. The upstairs guests cooler, wet bathing suits and dust kept coming down on top of us while we were trying to enjoy the outside.

The space was excellent and there was a bonus of having kayaks and stand up paddle board for free use off the dock. The water was wonderful and warm and they do have a boat we could of rented, but will save that for next time. The walk to the dock wasn't super easy, but it was not super hard too, and it was a pretty walk. They offered DVD's for free to watch which we took advantage on a long day where we all wanted to just sit and relax in the comfort of the cottage.

a few more bowls for prepared food, but we had enough plates. It's really hard to find something I didn't like... well perhaps I could of been a bit better physical shape for the short walk up the hill! :)
