Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the room overall was nice. Portland water feels great so the showers were refreshing. Oh, oh and the shampoo and bodywash made showering even better.
After talking to the staff the refrigerators in the rooms have been disconnected. plus the ice machine in the hall never worked on any of the floors we tried. The bed was a squishy marshmallow. The wall are a little thin too.

Great location and bar downstairs. Very clean great service.
They charge me for four nights of valet parking which I didn’t have and I had to make them correct my bill. They charged $49 a day by mistake.

Clean, with plenty of space in the room . Really well located with lots of pub’s and restaurants around the property. Breakfast in there’s restaurant was awesome.

The room was quiet and comfortable.
The shower leaked on the floor but the staff did their best to fix the problem. Also, the neighborhood near the hotel has a lot of unsheltered people and members of our party felt unsafe.

Everything! This hotel is so cute and located in the heart of downtown. The staff went over and above to accommodate us since we arrived early. They were all so friendly. We came downstairs in the evening to get a snack and had the best desserts! Thank you so much and we'll be back!

There was only a limited breakfast. Not what I would define as breakfast. Coffee was great and free refills great staff was amazing.
Room felt dirty with stains on bedspread. I like to keep green by not having g sheets cleaned daily, but I expect my bed to be made and fresh towels. That did not happen.

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was relatively new. The room was nice and they had filtered water in the hall.
The shower wasn’t very clean toward the far side. I didn’t notice until ready to shower, so just stayed under the shower head.
Probably missed it on the website, but was shocked by the $47/night parking fee. We could have found a place on the street but there were a number of homeless tents nearby and didn’t want to take a chance to start our vacation off with a busted window.

The restaurant was "sold out" of over 50% of the menu, with no cleaning services.
