Just like it was described. Nice location to the beach. It was more than enough room for our family of 5. Enjoyed it very much! David was very responsive to a couple of questions I had. I would most likely considered renting from David again next year.

This place was perfect. Only a couple of short blocks to the beach. I think they undersold the amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to see all new appliances...electric stove, DW, Micro, coffee maker, etc. and the upstairs washer/dryer was definitely a plus. Very comfortable open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room with large TV. Owner communicated well and was very accommodating. Beds were comfortable, and 2 1/2 baths worked well for 5 adults. If you read the listing, it tells you to bring your own sheets and towels, and we would rather do that anyway. Reasonably priced. Two thumbs up.

Nice neighborhood ,close to beach. Comfortable stay in spacious duplex. Two major issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Our host was extremely attentive to our needs. Washer and dryer was a very grateful amenity. The home and back yard are in need of a deep cleaning at the end of each season in my opinion. Otherwise, satisfactory.

The house was very dirty and very uncomfortable no sheets and pillowcases no toilet paper the bed was very squeaky and also had bed bugs and the stairs were very squeaky and unstable and to top it off there was no towels do not recommend

The house is clean and spacious , easy access to everything. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Overall a great experience.

I walked up to the property looked and it looked fine. Went to go up stairs and almost fell due to a loose railing. I Walked in tripped on the living room rug which was elevated 1/2 inch off the floor with padding. Walked to pantry and was greeted with the garbage and recycle buckets along with mop buckets a wire rack with assorted articles on it. I would say this was a utility closet not pantry. Went out side to a hand railing that was totally unsafe. Come inside, sit on chair and the front wheels fall off. Open the refrigerator door and the light don’t work. I Head upstairs to a loose hand rail. A hot bunk room due to the A/c vent blowing into the side of bed and under it. Down the hall to a Dryer that didn’t work. To make along story short the other items are Pots and Pans with cooked on food, Door bell inoperable, master shower door leaks water onto floor, oven door doesn’t shut causing fire alarm to keep going off, but here is a note on how to cut off the electricity to it. Bar-B-Que unusable, completely rusted out, along with a greasy caked scraper. I would also suggest that when leaving a dishwashing sponge don’t leave a used dirty one. So in closing I will say my stay was pretty bad, and I wouldn’t recommend this house to anyone with all the safety and cleanliness issues along with the inoperable items. I will also have to give consideration to using your app again. My main regret is I didn’t photograph any of the issues but then I was mainly focused on trying to show my kids and grandkids a good time. It was more like Wildwood Dismay more than Wildwood Days like they advertise!

This was a family trip planned with good friends to spend some nice, relaxing time at the shore with our children. We couldn't be more happy with our experience. The house was clean, cozy and had all the amenities needed from a cast iron pan for cooking to an outdoor shower for rinsing off from beach days. The layout was spacious, furniture was comfortable and the street was quiet which was definitely appreciated. We were absolutely thrilled with the location! Only a couple short walks to the beach and within walking distance to the park, boardwalk and places to eat. David was super responsive to any questions we had which added to the ease of being on vacation. We hope to return!

2 families, kids ages 11, 10 and 5, and adults fit well in the space and had a great time at the beach!

Property was all it was advertised to be. While it was a touch dated the house was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Location was great too - we enjoyed the short walk to the beach with our mound of kids toys in tow. The neighborhood was quiet. Owner was great with communication and we had no issues.

The house was great and host was easy to get in touch with. Great location between the beach and sunset lake! Would definitely recommend for families!

This house was perfect. 2 blocks to a beautiful beach, well equipped, nicely furnished, all in all a great place for our family beach vacation. Within walking distance to several basic restaurants. Explore either the beach or Sunset lake. Will try to go back next year.

With a few small adjustments (and what family doesn’t have to put breakables out of reach) we were very comfortable here. FYI the internet is much better than usual for the shore, which matters to my husband who always has to work on these trips. Wildwood Crest is a great shore town and we had a great time here

Good size home for three families. David was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to the beach. Spacious backyard for family fun and grilling!

The inside of the property was immaculate. David was easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. The neighbors were friendly. We were close to Wildwood to visit the boardwalk, Wildwood Crest was not congested and family friendly. It was an easy walk to the bay and a 1.5 walk to the beach. All appliances were in excellent condition.

The owner was very easy to deal with. Has very homey feeling.

This was a great home away from home for me and my family. My husband, 7 year old son and parents stayed here for 3 weeks in July! The house is perfectly located two blocks from the beach and 1 mile to the start of the boardwalk. It is an older house, but convenient, especially for an extended stay. We found the house well equipped and utilized the basic appliances available in the kitchen (coffee maker, blender, etc). We especially enjoyed the charcoal grill (gas grill also available). Having a washer dryer was a huge plus. Just remember to bring your own sheets, towels and toiletries! Although we were here for 3 weeks, we were never bored. We were here for the 4th of July and had a great time watching the fireworks from the beach. There is live music (about five blocks away) on Saturday nights, movie on the beach on Sundays, and of course the boardwalk! Check out wildwoodcrest.org for a list of events. My son started riding a two-wheeler so we had a lot of fun biking everywhere. There is a great biking trail along the ocean that goes right to the boardwalk! We brought our bikes but you can rent them at DR Bradley’s, about two blocks away from the house. They were super friendly and even fixed our bikes when needed. There are also two playgrounds within 1 mile. We also went down to Cape May (15 min drive) a couple of times. David is great! He was available by text and responded very quickly, even on the 4th of July when we had a minor problem. From the convenience and comfort of the house to being in Wildwood Crest, we had a great time here!

We had a great stay at David's house. The house is located 2 blocks from the beach, which is convenient. The living room is a nice size so we could all watch TV together at night (we had 8 people), and the dining room is spacious enough for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for grilling and hanging out. Someone in our group brought a cornhole set so we set that up near the fence and had a great time. There are 3 bathrooms which was necessary for 8 people. The house isn't filled with flashy upgrades, but its very well maintained and everything was clean and functioned well. The gas stove is very nice. David was easily contacted via email preceding our vacation and via text message during our stay, and even reminded us to take the trash out (who keeps track of days when you're on vacation!) so that was very helpful. I would highly recommend David's place for anyone looking to stay in the Wildwood Crest area.

Very well organized, home was very spacious. Close to the beach, bay, and a playground my kids (ages 10yrs, 7yr, 1 yr old) all enjoyed. Home is well maintained, clean, and perfect for our family vacation. Quiet street and friendly neighbors. Professional grade kitchen oven was a treat to cook on & open concept allowed me to still be able to see family while cooking. Home was equipped with everything we needed + some, made my family feel at home! Loved the house & location, this was our first time staying in wildwood Crest, highly recommend for families.

This house is big enough to receive 4 adults and 4 kids, and can go easily to 6 kids if you use the hide bed in the living room. Lots of space in each room, really nice backyard 2 tables outside, 2 bbq, exterior shower that is usefull when your back from beach.

This is our 2nd year staying at the Crest. I purposefully looked for a place located closer to the beach and this place didn't disappoint. The place was spacious, much quieter than last year, and overall very nice. The owner was extremely responsive and allowed us to check in with our small kids a few hours early. My wife did have once complaint: Essentials. Last year the place was fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish(washer) soap, detergent, and linens. This year we had to provide all of those things. She was fine providing her own linens but felt the other stuff should have been there. I agree from the perspective of having to go out shopping right when we arrived to buy those things. My suggestion - have the cleaning crew keep track and restock those items and just add this amount to the total cost to rent the place. Overall - 5 STARS

The house is totally underrated. It is a lot bigger than the pictures allow it to look. The master room is spacious with a beautiful view. The beach is two blocks away and the owner was understanding and helped out with any questions or concerns we had. IT comes with a washer and dryer and dishwasher. I would recommend this property, it was well maintained and very homey. Thank you!

We've had a wonderful weekend with a group of friends at this house. The pictures really do not entirely do it justice, it is an amazing place. We immediately and especially loved the verandas and the large back-yard, as well as being close to the beach. The house was perfectly clean and well organized, communication was smooth and quick. I would go again right away and fully recommend this property!
