At first, location seem far away from the center, but quickly you realise that it is so close. Equipment was good and the host very helpful

- Perfect location in a lovely neighborhood Koukaki; 5 minutes by foot to Filopappou Hill and 10 min to Akropolis and metro Syngrou Fix
- Speedy wifi, Netflix, air conditioning
- Clean, comfortable, equipped with all necessary tools which makes your stay very pleasant
- Efty is a very helpful, friendly and taking care owner, giving tips where to go and what to see.
- Perfect place for short stays as well as for long stays (digital nomads).
- the bathroom might be too small (but this is Athens “standard” :-)

We enjoyed our stay at this studio. We had everything we needed for a perfect trip in Athens. The breakfast left by the owner was exactly as in the pictures shown for presentation. The kitchen had everything you needed for a coffee/tea or to prep a meal. Not to forget to mention that the place was really clean!
