Notre appartement est situé au centre du village. Il s'agit d'un appartement de deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée adapté au ski d'hiver et à la marche d'été ou aux vacances actives. Les pistes de ski sont à seulement quelques minutes à pied ou si vous préférez, le ski-bus s'arrête juste à l'extérieur. La région est particulièrement adaptée aux familles avec une bonne gamme d'installations de ski, y compris de vastes pistes de ski de fond. Seefeld en hiver est le cadre le plus romantique et l'endroit parfait pour des vacances d'hiver au pays des merveilles. L'appartement est moderne et bénéficie d'une connexion à l'approvisionnement en eau chaude centralisé de la ville. Il y a un feu d'effet de journal de biocarburant dans le salon créant une atmosphère confortable après une longue journée dans la neige. Il y a un parking souterrain. We returned last week for a third stay at this excellent apartment. It's superbly located, right by the town centre and close to the ski trails, and very well equipped. The apartment building is very practical and well-laid out, and the apartment itself is a very comfortable and relaxing space. We loved observing the changing appearance of the mountains throughout the week, and being able to easily cook and relax after a day on the ski trails. The apartment is close to the nachtloipe and we headed out most evenings with the children to ski under the floodlights. It's a brilliant place to stay, comfortable beds and seating, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious and well-designed living areas and with totally usable outdoor space. We've returned home feeling well rested and would love to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay and this is by far the best appartment we have ever stayed at- 5 stars! We love Bavaria and Austria and tried out Seefeld for the very first time - we have not been disappointed.We had a wonderful two-week stay and the appartment offers everything you could ask for. Modern, clean, cosy, perfectly & fully equipped and located very centrally in Seefeld. Communication with our host was perfect, very fast and helpful responses whenever we had a question. Thank you so much for this great experience -we would love to come back very soon!

Everything was perfect with this property from the very beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely in every respect, and had everything we needed and more - from the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, the breathtaking views, the underground secure parking, and the fantastic location that was a short walk to everything! The owner provided excellent communication and information. We hope to return again soon!

Loved our stay
Excellent apartment, excellent location. Great location from which to pop out for day trips, but we also loved Seefeld and spent plenty of time there: checking out the village, hiking, etc. Outstanding in all aspects.

A big thank you to Mike and Viv for your great hospitality. The apartment is just amazing and the location absolutely awesome. The center of Seefeld is just within a short walking distance as well as the Olympiabad. The apartment itself is exactly as described and as shown on the pictures. We didn´t miss anything. Even when we forgot the key inside the apartment Mike was very supportive and found a solution immediately. Sorry again for this unnecessary trouble. It would be great if it would work out that we can stay with you again next year! There is just one rating possible, which is clearly 5*.

Fantastic apartment
This apartment is a real home from home. A great place to relax and unwind and within easy walking distance of the local shops and restaurants. We have been many times before and the apartment is always clean and tidy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The scenery is stunning with mountain views wherever you look. Plenty of walks, cycle paths and villages to explore and ideally situated for the main routes to visit places further a field. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to recharge their batteries in beautiful, peaceful surroundings.

Superb Stay
As has been said in the other reviews, this really is a superb apartment. Spotlessly clean with high quality fittings and furniture.
The location is fantastic, only 1 minute walk to the supermarket and a few minutes more to the ski school and restaurants.
Communcation with Mike was excellent frim start to finish.
Seefeld itself was beautiful and we loved the Olympiabad swimming pool, which while slightly expensive was well worth it. As novice skiiers this was a brilliant area to learn, with us achieving a red run on Roshutte by day 3.
If you are looking for a 5* holiday experience, look no further. We really had a wonderful time.

Perfect Stay
This was a home away from home. The apartment was perfectly located, had every facility you could need or want and was modern and roomy. The owner was extremely helpful, answering questions about the town and offering suggestions to make our stay memorable. We travelled for 5 weeks throughout Europe and this apartment was a stand out. Roomy and so convenient!
This was the second time we stayed in this Seefeld apartment, it is just so good. Location is central, only a 5 minutes walk to a large Spar. Getting to the ski bus central station in Seefeld is also very easy with Ski boots and children...
The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and it feels like a second home.

Fantastic apartment
The apartment was exactly as the photo's showed: clean, comfortable, light and airy, very well equipped, great views, close to all amenities. Mike was very helpful with the queries we had and had left a note for us with suggestions on eating places. The local pizza restaurant he suggested just up the road behind the apartment was fantastic and there are several very good restaurants in the main centre. We have been to Seefeld many times over the years with our three sons and we never tire of its beauty and peacefulness. Finding this apartment was a bonus with the wifi and mod cons and we would have no hesitation on recommending this to family and friends. Hoepfully we will be looking to book again for next year.

Outstanding apartment, highly recommended
As the title of our review states, this is an outstanding apartment that could not be faulted in our opinion.
It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, but has many personal touches such as games, books and a PC with Wifi, which made the holiday feel a real home from home experience.
The apartment was spotlessly clean.
The location is also excellent, it is centrally located in Seefeld, only 5 minutes walk to the bandstand and less than 5 minutes walk to the Olympiabad swimming pool complex. There are many excellent restaurants in close proximity and the local Spar is just across the road, which was very convienient for supplies.
Mike, the owner, was very helpful, with excellent communication, throughout the booking process and in the run up to and during the holiday itself. He was also very willing to provide additional information and help as required.
We would recommend the apartment to anyone who may be interested.

Great appartment in a perfect location
We stayed at this lovely apartment for a week over New Year. It was spacious for 3 of us, well appointed, very clean and warm. The position is perfect as you can walk into the village to restaurants and to the supermarket, and still enjoy the tranquility of the location. We hired a car and the secure underground car park was a real bonus - a car is useful as there are two ski areas.
From booking with Mike to our departure, all ran smoothly. I do not hesitate to recommend this apartment for a holiday in Seefeld - and I am very picky! Thank you Mike.

Perfect
Beautiful modern, spotless warm apartment. Everything provided from a hairdryer to white fluffy towels. Located near the centre and a few minutes to everything. Skiing was fantastic and we enjoyed the Austrian hospitality very much.
Mike was extremely helpful and kind and we are looking forward to returning.
We would recommend going to the Hotel Klosterbrau, upstairs for a nice pre dinner drink or to the bar downstairs for some fun Austrian music.
We will definitely recommend this apartment and Seefeld to friends and family.

We definately recommend!!
Just back from a fantastic summer holiday in Seefeld. The apartment is perfect; a couple of minutes walk from shops, walks, supermarket, restuarants and pool (a must!). Clean, modern, well equipped & child friendly (our little girl is 18 mths).
Thanks to Mike for the great service & for recommending the pizza place across the road - best pizza in town :)
We'll be back, hopefully for a winter break nest time around.

a fantastic holiday
With lots of pleasure we would like to inform you about the holiday we had in Seefeld. On our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean and nice complex we stayed in - furthermore the flat itself didn't spoil any of this happyness! We really enjoyed our stay in the previous house but this flat can seriously compare to the luxury, comfort and cleanliness we felt while staying in your flat.
The accomodation filled in all our expectations and more...!

We have just had another wonderful week in Seefeld skiing which was even better than previous visits mainly due to this fantastic holiday apartment! It is very large and the interior is stunning with everything you need. it is also in a fantastic location in the town and close to the slopes.
We cannot wait to visit again next year!

A Lovely Home
We stayed for a few days over the New Year and had a fantastic time. Seefeld is the perfect winter escape - its not just a ski resort but also a delightful and traditional feeling town. The downhill terrain in the area is fun and varied, and we also decided to give nordic skiing a go, for which it seemed an ideal place to learn!
The apartment was just a minute or two walk to the centre of town. It felt brand new and was stylishly appointed. Defintiely a superb base to enjoy Seefeld. An added bonus was the availabilty of UK TV channels, although with the spectacular views in every direction from the valey, there wasn't too much time to watch TV. The New Years Eve celebrations in Seefeld were particularly spectacular, and we hope to visit again some day!

Luxury Apartment in Seefeld's winter wonderland
We have just returned from an excellent week in Seefeld. Seefeld is a great resort for the winter sports enthusiast and non-skier alike with so much to do within the village but with easy access (by road or public transport) for trips to Innsbruck, Garmisch-Partenkirchen & the castles in Bavaria.
We were lucky enough to have fabulous weather in early January. Our holiday was made however by the opportunity to stay in such a luxuriously appointed new apartment which is within 5 minutes walk of the village centre and all facilities. Even closer is a large supermarket (3 minutes walk) which is open 7 days a week.
Mike and Viv's instructions were excellent and the apartment made for a great home from home for the week.
We have fallen in love with Seefeld and will certainly return. Thanks Mike and Viv!

SKI HOLIDAY
Our stay in this appartment was very nice and comfortable. The house is situated in a very nice and quiet location on walking distance from Seefeld.
The owners went to great lengths to ensure that we had all that we wanted to make our stay memorable.
