Nice view. Spa and restaurant staff excellent

Wrong marketing. Supreme king bed room with no chairs to sit on and no table. Only bed and dresser with tv on it and a pantry. They gave us room with steep 25-30 narrow stairs.When we asked to change as my wife has difficulty in walking in stairs I had to argue to get another room. The new rooms door did not open. Needed repair to get in. No warm water in pantry and bathroom sink. Only hot water in shower. Repairs in unit above with stamping sounds the entire Saturday night and until check out on Sunday starting 7 am. Standard was like a lover standard motel. If not a positive spa experience and restaurant then the stay would have been very negative.

The room temperature was 78 although set at 67 . It was uncomfortable in the night. Also the grill was open per website but was not open when we reached there. Personnel were good .overall a fair stay. Most of the facilities were closed due to covid. It's a clean place .

This is a very nice timeshare property with rentals. We rented. Suite was a nice sized 2BR with lovely view of the lake. We stayed Sunday and Monday. Restaurant was open for Sunday dinner, then closed Monday all day, open again for NY Eve by reservation and then closed for the next 6 weeks. So no on site meals offered after first evening. Couldnt even get a drink at the bar since it is part of the restaurant. But if you like quiet you will like this place. Nice gym, sauna and hot tub. No crowds this time of year. Only 5 minutes or so to Bracebridge which has some nice meal choices e.g. Griffin pub, Old Station. Excellent breakfast at Freshkuts. Go to Huckleberry Rock lookout for a hike and a nice view of the lake. Enjoy!

A big place like this should have year round food options.
