The location was spectacular. Tranquil, quiet, peaceful, beautiful. Literally lived up to its name Villa Heaven

Poor technology - old fashioned TV no English speaking channels Rather hard bed and double Having to pay extra if you required Air Con in the lounge (in the small print) No welcome pack No supplies (salt pepper oil etc) at all

We liked everything. The villa was exceptionally clean, fantastic view and lovely pool. So peaceful. Loved driving to Latchi for an evening meal and also spending time at Latchi beach. Great location to drive to attractions on the island. Lovely drive to Pafos archaeological site, Coral Bay beach and the Zoo.

No welcome pack when we arrived. When your arriving late after a long journey it would be helpful to have some water, milk and coffee already at the villa and also some soap in the bathroom which has always been in other villas we have stayed at.

The location of the property was easy to find using WAZE as a satnav, which took us straight to the address. The property was big and the view was amazing. It was very quiet as its the last villa on a hillside so nobody can drive/walk past. We had a couple of issues when we arrived but after we sent an email the issues were sorted straight away. Polis and Latchi are a 10/15 mins drive away. The supermarket is a car drive away. The gardens are beautiful and the patios were very clean. The kitchen had most things needed. Plenty of towels. (BONUS)

Although we were on holiday it would have been nice to have a smart tv with internet so we could watch a film before bedtime. Items, clothing/shoes, were in the bedroom drawers , NOT OURS. we never met or saw the owner, he never came to visit to make sure everything was ok. No small items like salt/pepper etc so we had to include them in our shopping, sunloungers were in bad need of painting, paint was peeling off. Beds were really hard, none of our party had a good nights sleep and pillows need replacing as when we took the pillow cases off after our stay the pillows were very stained. The lane up to the villa needs the trees cutting back as they are overhanging and scratch your car as you try to drive under or through them.. We replaced light bulbs that werent working
