I like that I had a decent size bed... It was not the most comfortable but it was large in size.

I didn't like many things there one of the main things was I was just trying to get a night away and relax and I was not able to watch TV because their television or their cable provider is nothing but foreign channels so there were no channels to watch TV it was very irritating. I believe this place is definitely overpriced. They should charge less a night. There's no area for you to complete work or anything it is literally just a room a shower a sink a tiny fridge a microwave a TV that barely works and a glass table to eat on I guess. Their Wi-Fi was terrible. The room was very small compared to what I'm used to I felt extremely claustrophobic they're parking was terrible. And the staff in the morning was very rude. The lady that I checked in with in the evening she was very nice and very kind and very helpful but the lady you check out with was rude as hell. I asked for a late check out because I got to the room very late and was really tired from driving and they just refused to answer the phone. And when I went down there she gave me so much attitude and basically told me no which I thought was very unreasonable. And just extremely overpriced. So they also don't mention that it's 15 extra dollars when you get there on top of what you pay on booking. So I just said whatever I'll pay it the rooms that they have advertise online is not what I received it's not what they picture. They have horrible maintenance there because the shower head barely worked and then there was cracks and crevices that were just open everywhere they have like no caulking anywhere so there was like a lot of outside bugs coming in my room.

Liked the free parking, price, room had 2 rooms- a bed in each and the AC worked quickly and well.

No breakfast that I was told about. The wifi was poor. I had to turn it off and use my data.

Private and away from everybody easy access..

I really wanted the first floor because I ill and have difficulty walking. They did not accommodate . The. My hotel should have been. Half the price. Because I stayed continually. .

Not be able to soak in the tub but the shower work. The TV is fine but it sometimes gets blurred. The signal. Just need a stopper.

Although the property was small it was nice and clean.

good location other than its on a busy noisy street and 1 block from the fire station....

great price for a large and very clean room. bigger beds than advertised, one of which was set off in an alcove to the side so there was some privacy. large bathroom and nice toiletries. there was a fridge and microwave which we didn't expect. soda machine very close to the room - we had everything we needed.

one of the beds okay, the other one was hard as a rock. plenty of pillows but they were pretty hard too. the blinds didn't quite cover either of the windows and didn't close all the way. exterior lights close to both windows so the room never got very dark. troublesome guests made a lot of noise upstairs and outside the room.

Close to the Burbank airport my event in West Hollywood.

Lots of noise from people in the halls and rooms next door at most of the night up to 3am. Surrounded by lots of marijuana smoke that permeated into my room. Very uncomfortable stay.
