Clean, friendly, good hot breakfast, location

There was no airport shuttle. When I called from the airport I was told they stopped their airport shuttle service last year in June. Not cool.

The location was convenient, the check in was fast

The sofa was very dirty, the pullup bed mattress was very thin, and had no support. The main king bed had no support either, bedding smells old. And room overall dated.

Clean not noisy

The evening staff, when we checked in was excellent. There was a woman who was kind of a hippie, but was most exceptional. Her customer service was top notch.

I paid extra for a lake view room. I had a view of the parking lot.

The free breakfast was good

The AC in my room was not working at all so the room was very hot. I needed to ask the front desk for a fan because it was so hot. And because the hotel was at full occupancy, they were not able to change my room. The front desk person told me they normally don't rent out that room but had no choice to full fill my reservation.

The ease of getting to the hotel from the airport was great.

The hotel and staff were very good.

The hotel is adjacent to a park where homeless people hang out. On our last day at the hotel, my wife’s purse was stolen from our car as we were loading it to leave.

Hotel, facilities, and room were very nice. Free shuttle for the airport was helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Link train station is an easy 2 or 3 block walk and you can get an all-day ticket for only several dollars...easy to get downtown, hop on and off, etc. There was a great Mexican restaurant a block or two down the road (but not much more). The hotel also gave us a menu for a good delivery pizza/Italian restaurant. Food was good, portions were huge, and prices were reasonable.

We weren't told that we needed to phone for a shuttle from the airport (this particular Marriott doesn't send shuttles every 15 minutes like the downtown Marriott) so we waited for about 40 minutes and finally called the hotel and they picked us up within 5 minutes. There is only one restaurant within walking distance.

Breakfast good but some sliced bread to toast would make it better.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent

it was beautiful. Lovely staff, adored our bartender he was a hoot.

Nothing- loved everything. Although we didn’t realize that we’d need a nice place to come down from our Alaskan cruise it ended up being perfect to rest up and chill.

We traveled with our 2 dogs. Behind the hotel is a lake and great trail for walking.

Quiet. Happy Hour & available finger foods in the bar for dinner.

Neighborhood is in decline with the drug traffic. I don't know what you can do about it but it seems restaurants are moving further away too.

Kitchenette, living space, clean, and comfortable rooms.

No maid service during our stay to empty garbage or replace towels. Had some key card problems. Breakfast quality was on the lower end.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were returning from a cruise and had laundry to do, the fact that the laundry room had more than 2 washers and driers was awesome.

Not an actual complaint. It is understood that it was a continental type breakfast, but we would have liked a waffle maker and bacon or sausage offered. Other than that the breakfast was good!

Staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. The "room" (in New York, this would be a spacious studio apartment) is huge. I booked one overlooking the lake and was not disappointed. The sounds of birds and the scent of the forested area were wonderful to enjoy on the balcony. Everything was impeccably clean. There is a free airport shuttle, and a bus connection downtown/ to a grocery store uptown.
