Perfect location for hvar! Gordon is very nice and the rooms are big and cozy

Goran is a most accommodating, affable host who tried to do everything he could for us. Views from outside the house are stunning and it’s just a short distance from the ferry port.

Be aware that Goran’s place is accessed by climbing a considerable amount of steps which would be physically challenging if you have any degree of physical disability.

Apartment was clean and balcony view was really nice. Goran sent us the message for address two days before and was very communicative.

Goran’s place is amazing! The rooms are big, the balcony (our, at least) had sun during the whole day and a terrific view over Pakleni Islands and the ocean. All facilities we needed was there and Goran is a nice guy as well! Totally recommend this place

The Guest house is a short walk from the Barbour where the Krilo line lets you off. Located a bit up the hills, you will have a wonderful view of the sea and surrounding landscape from your balcony. If you get a upstairs room. If you are in to gardening and house plants, you will love the small but beautifully designed and kept garden. There are also several turtles. Some of them trots around merrily at amazing speed. They seemed just as curious about us, as we about them. We only stayed one night, but would love to have stayed longer.

Would give 5 stars for everything! I booked very last minute (I was getting off the ferry in Hvar!) and my room ready by the time I got there, I extended my stay (more than once!) and nothing was ever an issue. The location is great as well, I was travelling alone and so didn't want to walk alone at night. I never felt in any danger in Hvar but I was glad my accommodation was so close to the main town area while being far enough away from the noise so you still got a good night sleep. There's also air con in both rooms which is great!

The walls are quite thin so you hear things like the toilet flushing but I got lucky with my neighbours. I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue if you were travelling with friends and had a room each. There are places nearby with cooking facilities which are a similar price

Slimy owner ... Booked a room with a bathroom, he gave me one with a shared bathroom, saying that I had to pay extra for the other room in cash (I was willing to do so, but instead of bring me a new room key, he start with so many questions that I had bad feeling of him)... I took a look and on reciept was not specified any kind of bathroom... so I took a look at his booking posts still available... Notice big confusion on its... Some Deluxe rooms with bathroom other not (as it was Superior with shared bathroom), title and icons in contrast that create confusion to buyers ... He searched words confrontation with me by recalling income problems due to Covid, his own problems, calling his wife to support the things he had already said about rooms, etc ... I point out the anomalies between his announcements and the lack of data on the type of bathroom on the booking payment receipt again ... he forced me to leave the room ... I ask him to refound me, he says it depends of booking.com, not him... I ask him if it is good for him to have negative reviews on booking... He answers me that will not make differences, he has many positives reviews ... I ask booking to be refounded for being forced to go out without using room for 7 nights... the owner doesnt agree... He forced me out, he lied to booking (telling that I was searching conflict but he first does) and he does not agree to refund me... At the end booking didnt refund me... Shameful... in Hvar, wonderful place, it's not worth having to deal with such people, especially when you are going on holiday to relax... I strongly recommend to avoid Gorans place and his slimy owner...
