Short taxi ride to airport for a fixed fee of 15 euros. I had a very early flight but hotel booked me my taxi for 4am without problem. It's about a 12 minute walk from Diegem train station and with an upwards slope.

Good sound insulation and direct parking at the Hotel. Short distance to the Airport and Train Station.

From my experience a very outdated and not well maintained bathroom equipment with a "shower" in the bathtub. very tight bathroom that needs a complete overhaul. No restaurant available, but snacks and good beer at the bar.

The property has a tennis/squash court which is one of my favorite sports. The lobby also has a foosball and pool table which provided entertainment for my boyfriend and I after hours.

Loved that there was a bathtub! And the beds were very comfortable, clean sheets, nice design of the room. Little kettle and even a Nespresso machine!

Can hear people in the hallway and in the rooms next door. The lady at the reception was ok but not very friendly.

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable, homey even. The location was also very close to the airport with an airport taxi facility available through the reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot and left my airpod case in my room and the staff patiently looked for it for me and kept it charge while I went back for them. All in all a 10/10 experience.

very Kind staff! they offered me a breakfast package to go when they heard I have to leave before breakfast. check in and out went well and fast, room was small but cute, coffee machine and cooker available.

unfortunately I couldn’t sleep much, people were coming and going all night long, slamming doors, talking loud, … I am not sure if moving would have made a difference, noises can be heard easily.

Room was not clean. Very loud in the corridor. I could hear persons speaking in the hallway during the entire night, calles front desk, nothing happened. Neighbor was watching TV and everything could be heard in the room and hallway. Didn't sleep at all. Bugs and spiders in room and bathroom. Shuttle price not as advertized on the web or as mentioned by the front desk, yo my big surprize the driver asked for 15€ instead of 7,5€
