Very friendly and helpful staff at the family run hotel. Everything is extremely clean including fresh towels and bed sheets every day! Walking distance to sandy beach and restaurants.

Bedrooms a little dated and a lack of views, but neither detracted from the quality of our holiday.

Nothing to dislike..

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also gave us the use of a parking spot when it was available as I have walking difficulties. It appeared to be a family run business and everyone did there best to help where necessary.

The room needs a mini fridge to keep at least a bottle of water cool in the hot weather, and coffee making facilities. The room could do with a little refurb to freshen it up.

The staff were very helpful and friendly The manager was always making sure our stay was comfortable. He spoke very little English and we spoke almost no Spanish but we got there in the end ! Nothing was to much trouble. The room is a bit old fashioned but it was comfortable and spacious with air con. The housekeeper was lovely and kept our room very clean everyday and changed our towels. This hotel is great for a 2 star right in the centre of guardamar. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Probably the only thing that was missing was tea and coffee facilities but again this is a 2 star and you can ask at any time day or night down stairs and the staff are happy to provide this.

Payment charge and policies were dishonest.

A lovely relaxing stay in family run Hotel where the staff are attentive and do everything with a smile on their faces. Substantial breakfast with good range of food. A very short walk down the street to the beach or swimming Pool. Very close to town Centre and an excellent range of Shops and places to eat.

We keep returning. It suits our family needs.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean room and very modern bathroom few streets from the beach and really good eateries close by. Staff are exceptional, we have stayed several times and have never been disappointed.

Nothing really. Parking can sometimes be difficult if you want to park close to the hotel but have always found a space.

i was sure i had booked a breakfast every day but was told i hadnt ... wasnt sure how to verify this ? ... was quite surprised when i saw what i had been charged for a room ..

Just put little fridges into the rooms if you aim being perfect!

The service was outstanding and was very clean and convenient location for everywhere we needed to be staff helped us with everything we needed and probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in

Bed was very comfortable. I'm a poor sleeper. But slept very well on the bed, also staff were very very polite.

Thought for the price, a continental breakfast would have been included.
