Excellent location, not far from city centre. Very friendly and committed staff/management. Spacious and quiet rooms. Superb breakfast - you can sense the commitment and feel for quality. As is the case with the fresh flowers in the room !

The hotel has its own atmosphere - contemporary but not modern, small and personal. This is not compatible with airco - hence, if you cannot do without that luxury, this is not the place for you. Otherwise very comfortable.

The owners Nina and Wolfgang were extremely gracious. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. There were fresh flowers throughout the hotel and the fresh tulips in our room was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was absolutely incredible! Magazine picture worthy! Location is great for walking to see the sights and outdoor parking was reserved for our car. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

The owners! the rooms! the service! the location! it was an intimate, boutique style of hotel where Wolfgang and Nina welcomed you like family. Their genuine friendliness made you feel right at home. Wolfgang gave us lots of information about Würzburg and the sights we definitely needed to see whilst there. When we mentioned we were doing the romantic road we received a pamphlet and map on it which was very helpful, along with their insights and tips about the road trip. The hotel is stylish and spotless! the room was so clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with eggs, croissant, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice and cappuccinos/tea. it also had an elevator. the service to look after your bags before checking and after checkout was greatly appreciated.

A fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Very well equipped, nothing is missing. Nicely renovated and decorated. Nina and Wolfgang are the most caring and devoted hosts. They love the place they own and run and wouldn't let anyone else ruin it. You will be pampered and coddled and enjoy a dreamland breakfast. By the way, it's the Mozart Festival in Wurzburg in June 2023. Doubts about where to stay?

Excellent hotel near the city center. The hotel is owned by married pair. We were met by them and they even helped us with parking. The room is big and very clean, well equipped (mini-bar with a bottle of local wine, capsule coffee machine with milk frother, tea) and even had fresh flowers. Despite the hotel is located next to the street it's very silent in the room! Breakfast was awesome!

I read this property received some bad reviews in the past, but that is NOT the case now; December 2022. I have to say we had an amazing stay here! We were greeted with warm welcomes and very friendly staff. The building was beautifully restored and everything was very clean. Now keep in mind, this is not one of your large corporate franchises. This is a restored building from maybe early 1900's and the owners have gone to great lengths to make our stay very comfy. Down to the double windows. We didn't hear a thing! And the breakfast is a must! Very clean and fresh ingredients. The location is perfect. Close to a handful of delicious eats and historic places to visit.

I wish we stayed longer. We will be back again.

Great Location in Würzburg. Super hosts with amazing attention to details. Nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast was not your typical breakfast buffet experience but rather a very individual selection of bites arranged around a delicious croissant.

First, let me say that the proprietors, Nina and Wolfgang, were the most wonderful and accommodating hosts we met on our trip to Germany. Both were lovely, engaging, intelligent, and hard-working. The hotel is charming and very clean and comfortable for a very agreeable price. Thank you for making our stay such an excellent experience!

The location and the facilities are excellent. The room was recently refurbished, very spacious, and with a beautiful terrace facing the castle. The breakfast very good, and best of all the owners are very kind and friendly.

A great location in the old center of Würzburg. The owners are one of a kind.:-) They run this hotel with love and dedication. The kindness we were treated with is amazing. We fell in love with the building, the location and with Wolfgang and Nina, who made our stay very special. We would definitely recommend this hotel to all who visit this town with great history. Even more if you are a couple, because you feel so welcome here, it was the best hotel we have been in for a long long time. We will come back for sure. Nothing, it was above expectations.

Central location with easy access to the town center, bars and restaurants. Nice welcoming management, just renewd (so everything is new).

no airco, if you open the windows the street noise comes in. No breakfast facilities, we were advised to go to an hotel next door to have a 19 EUR pp breakfast. No outdoor facilities (no terrace nor a patio or garden on site)

The room was spotless, the staff was amazing, breakfast was really good, the hotel is at the center and surrounded by good restaurants and most of all, our room had a breathtaking view of the city! My entire family had an enjoyable experience. This property is one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed at during our travels in Europe!
