Basically perfect for a hotel in this budget - it's right on the seafront, within very easy walking distance of restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the pool was fantastic. The area itself is pretty touristic (as is Kos in general), and there is not much else to do apart from the pool, beach and restaurants, so we only stayed for three nights and wouldn't have really wanted to stay longer. However if that is what you want from a holiday, then this hotel would be an excellent choice.

The pillows were a little firm.

We had perfect days at Aktis Dimis and would definetly recommend the hotel to anyone! The location is perfect, only a few meters from Tigaki Beach. The staff is a highlight of the hotel, everyone is incredibly nice and ready to help with anything. We were very happy to have chosen the hotel and already looking forwarrd to come back!

My room was clean, l had air conditioning and a balcony. The beach was directly across the street from the hotel. This hotel had its own pool which was very convenient.

They need a better system of how to get to the hotel from the airport. When l arrived and called the front desk they didn’t know the best why to get to the hotel other than taxi.
