The location and it accepted pets

The car parking was a joke, you paid for parking at the hotel but because the guy that was on the desk in the morning was half a sleep and not concentrating, we ended up paying €24 at the car park ourselves, we could have walked all the way back to the hotel but we were in a rush to leave and we had already been in the car park waiting for 30 mins. IT was like the staff didn't know how the parking worked, so the hotel owes me €24

The room was small but had everything I needed, breakfast was included and the staff was very kind.

Very clean and cosy hotel the staff are fantastic, helped us in every single way and gave us a very comfortable stay. Kind and very welcoming. Hotel is right next to the beach and surrounded by lots of incredible restraunts!

The bed wasn't the comfiest however for the price it was fantastic can be abit loud at night on the street but not to bad

It’s a charming, traditional Spanish hotel in an excellent location for restaurants, bars, shops and the seafront. It provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay - clean facilities, air conditioning, comfortable bed, a nice breakfast etc. at a reasonable price compared with many other hotels in Cambrils. Staff were friendly and helpful eg. carrying our case upstairs, showing us our room, explaining clearly where the parking is and how to get in and out of it and lots of little things. The hotel doesn’t have parking on-site but uses the Saba underground parking on the main seafront road, about 5 minutes easy walk. You pay the hotel, they take your car registration number to make the booking and the barrier just lifts as you go in and out - no ticket required.

Nothing really. For clarity our room was small with no view but that didn’t bother us ( it was very quiet). There’s no lift but again not an issue for us.

Location and ease of parking

Good location, breakfast is not great as there was just a plat with a couple of roasts and a croissant.

Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back. Truly felt welcome and many other hotels could take lessons from this staff on how run a hotel.

The room was a bit stuffy. Maybe a ceiling fan or portable fan would help as there is no A/C.

Old fashioned building with an old fashioned staff. Breakfast was great.

Room overlooked a square that was obviously the gathering point for youngsters. The laughing and slamming of car doors went on til quite late

The parking spots outside of the hotel. The location of the accommodation might be the USP.

The breakfast was really little. Only one bread and a croissant (nothing else to choose) with some cheese and sausage. More selection to choose, is recommendable.

Parking was very hard. Went to walk dogs early morning to find that we were locked in hotel and receptionist had gone to bed. Took over 20 minutes to wake them to be let out.

The hotel is really charming with its Spanish decorations.

The inclusive breakfast was very poor. Trying to get to the hotel was a nightmare as streets are pedestrianised, so satnav no use. Parking was a good walk away from hotel & expensive.
