The villa was cute and comfortable. It had a balcony which I liked and the room was cozy.

There was a thick layer of dust on the furniture/shelves. Didn't pay attention at first but once I took my clothes out of the shelves I saw how dusty they were.

Good price, beautifull bedroom and quiet neighbourhood.

Bathroom was small and location little far from city centre.

It was warm and friendly. Very nice room, clean and well appointed. Absolutely quiet and a really comfy bed. The reception were particularly helpful to me and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here it’s only a few minutes drive into the centre of Tartu.

The building is pleasant and in a nice (residential) neighbourhood surrounded by small houses, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big, the sauna and bathroom in excellent shape and functional. Pricing reflects reality. Overall not bad. 4 km from the center, but the distance is perfectly walkable through the beautiful old university area and also quick with a taxi.

When booking the room (junior suite with sauna) it was advertised as having "two single beds" - there was a double bed with a set of two-person bedsheets/blanket. This is simply inaccurate and should be easy to correct. We were quickly provided another set of sheets though, so no problem. The towels smelled musty and unfresh, like they'd been left in the washing machine for a few hours after washing. Or perhaps hadn't been dried properly before storing them. This smell stuck to the skin and then our clothes as well. Another thing that should be easy to correct. To be fair, we didn't realize this until later in the evening so the hotel wasn't given a chance to correct the situation. I trust they would have, but for now this is reflected in the cleanliness rating. Other than this the place was clean. Smaller things - the beds were quite old and obviously past their natural life cycle. Not obviously uncomfortable though.

Everything was good. I arrived early in the morning and they let me sleep even though the check in was 6 hours later. Really understanding staff
