Location, decor, pool & hot tub. The three men working the front desk the morning of 5.12 were the trifecta! Smart, informed, funny and a great presence.

Check the upholstered chairs in the rooms and make sure to clean stains. Doesn’t fit with the overall sophistication of the property.

Breakfast was great drinks were good and dinner was a great bonus!

Elevators were extremely slow. One broke down.

Liked the indoor pool.

Didn’t realize that a train goes right by the hotel. Also food was left from previous person that stayed in the room and wasn’t cleared out before we checked in. Called the desk to let them know so our food could be placed in the fridge and I was asked to remove it and place it outside of the room. I didn’t like being asked to remove someone else’s nasty food from the fridge myself in order to use the fridge.

Super comfy bed, good location, very clean, good breakfast highly recommend!

view from our room was of dirty rooftop. Had to keep the blinds shut for mental sanity. rough caliber of guests. my kids were exposed to some very rough folks that we didn’t expect.

The kids loved the pool and are still talking about all the fun they had.

Breakfast was awesome!! The staff was great!!
