This location is great. We walked everywhere around town and to the beach.

Had a nice week staying at this property. Very nice to be able to walk to everything in town... restaurants, farmer's market, beautiful beach. Also not far to Marco Island area (2 hours), bike riding on Key Biscayne, South Beach (both about 1 hour), etc. Enjoyed the Fort Lauderdale water taxi and definitely recommend lunch at El Camino on Las Oras Blvd. Cute, comfortable, convenient place to stay. Very nice, responsive owner.

Very enjoyable

Although we had a car most of the time we walked to wherever we were going. Two beds ,Two baths, easy access, tv, kitchen stocked and the owner responded quickly anytime we contacted him. Would stay there again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Winston was an excellent host and very responsive. Restaurants and beach a 3 minute walk. Some people complain about the $7.00 charge to fish on the pier but for the whole day it could be worse. You would pay more at te store tat the fish you would catch. Plenty of restaurants. There was a bit of a crowd and it wasnt even tourist season so anticipate a crowd if you are planning a visit during the peak tourist months. Would recommend.

Great stay, and enjoyed the property. Perfect location. Reasonable cost for how close we were to the beach, with so much to do within walking distance.

This property was perfect, close to everything, restaurants, beach, and grocery store, Publix for a pub sub! Lol! The duplex, was clean and adorable, Everything we needed was there, I do suggest an extra key, or a lock box. Winston was great host! Love this place!

Winston was very responsive to questions and the property was great! Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The beach chairs and umbrella were very appreciated!

Property listing was very accurate. Perfect 2 bedroom spot close to everything. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Winston was fantastic!

Good location close to the beach (walking distance), stores and restaurants; little noisy especially during the evening hours - from the bars nearby. A/C is pretty noise as well.Apartment amenities are minimalistic - beds are low quality and amount of the kitchen utensils is not sufficient for a family.And I would strongly recommend to use professional cleaning service. Tenants are charged for that and the expectations are that cleaning will be done by professionals rather than by owner himself.

We stayed at the property for four weeks. The property was very clean and Winston was very helpful and responsive to all questions. The property is ideally situated for a great vacation. I loved being able to walk everywhere! I would love to return again!

Loved the local restaurants. Loved the short walk to the beach and park (for the dog).The house could use a little better cleaning (baseboards and exterior door) and perhaps some paint touch up, but these weren't enough to detract from the overall stay.I would stay there again.

The property was well represented in the ad, with lots of photos and good descriptions. I really appreciated the thick towels and linens, and the beds were super comfortable - much better than the Hilton hotel we stayed in on the long drive home. The beach towels were a nice touch, and the beach chairs, boogie board, and umbrella were unexpected and very much appreciated. I cooked thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, and we ate our thanksgiving there in the dining room, just the 3 of us. I spent many hours sitting on the lovely little patio, knitting and relaxing. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the shopping / bar district by the beach. There is a grocery store a half a mile away, a walgreens a few blocks away. I was very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Which we are thankful for in this time of COVID. It's a really nice space, great landscape- there are mango trees, and lemongrass bushes. It was a nice escape. The host is very kind. We will definitely come back to this location. My only compliant is that there is no TV in the bedrooms.

Excellent house and great host that responds immediately

My husband and I spent nine nights at Winston's house in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The location of the property was perfect for us; it was just a short walk to the grocery store, the beach, and to various shops and restaurants, plus we appreciated how quiet the residential neighborhood was. We enjoyed the deck on the front of the house---with several chairs and an umbrella for shade, it was perfect for morning coffee! The house was well stocked and very clean. Thank you, Winston, for sharing your lovely beach house with us!

The place was spacious and very well maintained. A quiet porch great for morning coffee. The neighborhood was very quiet and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minute walk. This was a great place in a great location.
