Nothing except just a few ants for the time of year, but we’re not a problem at all as the area is amongst the orchards in and very quiet area. Ideally for mindfulness. Lots of nature and peace and quiet. Contacting the agent for the property was very easy through booking.Com

The location and overall the house.

For me, two factors were not acceptable !!! The first factor: The air conditioners in all the rooms are very very very old and need to be replaced immediately because the air they release is definitely full of dust and microbes. The second factor: The swimming pool is very old as well and also needs to be renovated, as the water in it is very dirty (NOTE: not because the staff does not clean, but because it really needs repairs and a change of circulating water). On the last day, the water in the swimming pool stank until the chlorine removed that horrible rotten smell. The furniture in this house is also very old, but this does not affect the comfort yet like the air conditioners and a swimming pool.

We liked location and option to swim in the pool as well as available barbecue set.

Air conditioning was difficult to set up, it would be really helpful to have a guidence how to operate it. Beach was close but with difficult access to sea.

quiet location large kitchen area

Quiet neighborhood and very comfortable house. We went as a group of friends (8 pers.) for a relaxing vacation and this house is very sutable for that. Large living room and kitchen and enough space in yard.

House is a bit older in real life then it looks in a pictures. Maybe even not that old as just worn out. A lot of things like garden furniture, sun loungers were overused and a bit damaged. Also the same with some kitchen stuff. Parasol was so broken that we couldnt use it. We do recommend just check the items in house more often to be sure that next visitors also can enjoy all of possibilities. But overall the quality does match to the low price this house cost.

OLD TV and slow internet

The house is amazing! Very close to the sea and main street with little shops and restaurants. Very quiet area. The owner is a wonderful woman, very helpfull and kind. She helped us a lot during our stay and we are very gratefull. Villa has everything You need to cook your own meals, have a little pool party or barbecue, spend unforgetable time with Your friends and family. I wish I could add some photos of our stay! The house is clean, we had no problems with water, everything was warking fine.
