Очень понравилось. Хорошее расположение до достопримечательностей старого города Батуми. До пляжа 10 минут. Куча кафе и ресторанов в пешей доступности. Сама гостиница очень чистая, все убирают ежедневно, смена полотенец и наволочек ежедневно. Есть утюг, чайник. Телевизор с русскими каналами, шампунь, мыло. Мы брали номер с трассой, вообще здорово. Однозначно рекомендуем.
Лестница очень крутая и до номера с терассой пешком по ней, а это третий этаж. Ну это можно расценить как фитнес

Очень понравился гостевой дом, как семейный мини-отель.
Чисто, комфортно, приятно. Ежедневная уборка. Если есть возможность, заселяют сразу без вопросов.
В номере чайник. Полотенце меняется ежедневно. Постельное периодически.
Расположение отличное, в старом городе, рядом море и начало набережной с "Али и Нино", Алфавитной башней, колесом обозрения. Пристань, Автобусная остановка близко, канатная дорога "Арго" - 5 минут.
Надписи не увидела, но есть вывеска с адресом. Так что всё понятно, нашла сразу.

Неплохие апартаменты. Рядом много достопримечательностей, ресторанов и кафе. Все в пешей доступности
Вторая кровать была раскладным диваном, который был не совсем ровно установлен. При определенных движениях ножки дивана (раскрывающейся части) поднималась и со стуком опускалась

The place is really clean and looks like on photos. The stuff is very friendly.
This place doesn’t suit people with sleep problem, because the noise from the street and noise inside hotel would bother you a lot. Also there is no breakfast and you can’t pay by card.

For the price tag honestly there's nothing to complain. You probably should pay just a little bit more for the rooms with balcony and not choose the economic rooms. We were in the terrace and everything was perfect

the cleaning, it was so neat , everyday they care about cleaning , changing towels, putting soap shampoo , warm and hot water because in Batumi sometimes water is problem but in this hotel it’s super good , and safety is perfect

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. It was all we need and we like a lot.
It can be good if there might be bigger lobby space or common area that we can meet the new people or just for sit and chill. The street that Gantiadi located is to close to center but we didn't feel secure enough in the street.

it's family owned business and service was exeptional. Staff was very helpfull and polite. Location is amazing, close to cafes, bars and shops. Also, rooms are spotless clean.

Location is good. Close to everywhere. However, on Google Maps it’s location is a bit wrong and there are no sign on the building, so you have to enter the building according to the address info. ( Kutaisi street no 19. )
Rooms are clean and staff is really helpful. Most of them don’t speak English but at least at this hostel there is one person you can communicate in English. A good place to stay at. I totally recommend this place to visitors.

A great place with a perfect location to visit Batumi. The room was perfectly clean with a very comfortable beds. The reception is open 24/24 and the staff was pleasent.

The location is awesome, all halal restaurants within 100 m distance. Juma Mosque Batumi within 250 m. About One KM from Ali-Nino statue and the Batumi Boulevard. Mostly all attractions within 10 mins drive. The guest house is run by a lovely family. Very cooperative, well behaved and helpful family. Provided all we wanted as extra like towels, pillows, blankets. Excellent value for money. 24/7 reception desk support.

Good location has needed things nearby e.g. ATM machine on same building (?seems that ATM has option to get cash also in USD notes). Hotel was clean and nicely updated.
