thebeachhouse est une maison de ville récemment réaménagé avec superbe plan ouvert salon et cuisine / salle à manger avec vue sur la baie penthouse élevées sur St Andrews.
La propriété a été entièrement réaménagé extérieurement et intérieurement pendant 2016, et nous sommes sûrs que vous allez adorer nos chambres décorées avec goût pour compléter la vue imprenable sur la mer. Le plan ouvert 'manhattan loft' est notre zone de caractéristique - un salon du premier étage et la cuisine / salle à manger qui vous donne des vues élevées de la cathédrale à l'arrière des plages et le château sur l'avant.
Nous avons trois chambres à coucher (un lit double et deux jumeaux) qui dorment six personnes, trois salles de bain / douche, et en plus un salon de jardin / confortable avec un canapé-lit double.
S'il vous plaît noter que notre maison a un plan étage du milieu ouvert, il est impossible de mettre escalier portes sur de très jeunes enfants.
De votre porte se promener dans les nombreux restaurants, cafés et bars de la ville médiévale écossaise côtière animée de St Andrews. The listing and the pictures did not do the beach house justice. Spacious living room and kitchen area and comfortable rooms.
Very quiet location with great access to many sites.
Ann was fantastic to work with. She provided great communication and made the experience simple! We hope to be back!

Great place but previous guest must have taken the dvd player hdmi lead. Owner tried to get a new one delivered but never arrived. Also, there was a leak in the toilet that last guest did not report. Would have been better if owner warned us earlier on arrival rather than morning after first night when we had a long lie in only to find out a plumber was coming in an hour and the ensuing mad rush to get up showered and dressed. That said owner did try her best and house is lovely and in a great location. I would definitely go again.

We were staying in St. Andrew's for my daughter's graduation. The beach house was an ideal spot. Beautiful views and a great location. It was nice to be slightly out of town, but close enough to walk into town to all the restaurants and bars. The bedrooms are on different floor levels and the living and kitchen/dining is all on the same level. That made cooking and cleaning easier. A large farmhouse table was ideal for our group. I would definitely rent again.

What a wonderful house and location to spend time in St Andrews. We were 4 guys on a golf trip and plenty of room for all to feel comfortable. The location provides easy walking access, within 10 minutes, to all things in the city. We also used this location as a hub when golfing within a 30 minute drive to surrounding courses. The views, sounds and smells of the ocean were an added bonus which greeted us at both the start and end of our days. Parking was very easy and accessible behind/in front of the unit. Ann was a very gracious and communicative host which was appreciated as we were traveling from the US and first-time visitors. This would be my first choice for accommodations when I return in the future. Thank you Ann!

This is our third stay at this property on Gregory. IWe will stay again and again. Great location, walking distance to everything you need. The home is well-appointed, quiet, and clean. We really enjoyed the views. Recommend it highly.

Wonderful location looking over the sea and the ruins of the castle. Gorgeous home. Probably the best VRBO we have ever rented. Short walk to every bar and restaurant in St Andrews yet very quiet at night. Communications from owner were immediate and helpful. We shall definitely return.

Fraser’s home was the perfect location for our family golf trip to St. Andrews. The beach house is stunning and the views are amazing. Waking up every morning to the sounds of the North Sea is unforgettable. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need to feel right at home. Fraser was so helpful and a great communicator. Everything in town is within walking distance from the house. We would definitely stay there again for our next trip to St. Andrews

We had a delightful seven night stay at an incredible beach front location in St Andrews. Each bedroom was perfect and the kitchen was contemporary with every convenience. Steps from heart of St Andrews and the Links. Highly recommend this residence and hope to reserve it again in the future

This is our second stay at Beach House. It is a contemporary and beautifully designed home in a wonderful location in St. Andrews. The views are spectacular. Fraser is easy to communicate with — very responsive and accommodating. We’ve been to St Andrews several times and this is, hands down, the best place we’ve stayed. It’s a gem.

We stayed (for the second time) at this great property and had a fantastic time! It is located right on the St. Andrews Bay/North Sea and you can see the Castle ruins from one side of the house and the Cathedral ruins from the other. Great location; you can walk everywhere (Old Course, restaurants, sightseeing, etc.). The house also is in a quiet area so it is very peaceful. House is equipped nicely and I can't say enough nice things about Ann and Fraser, the owners. Would stay over and over. I recommend it highly!

Fraser and Ann are the most wonderful hosts and have a truly special property. The views must be the best in town, the home is updated, well appointed and very comfortable. The location can’t be beat. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were kind and flexible when our schedule changed. We plan to stay again. A+++

'Beach House' in St Andrews a great place to stay
My wife and I spent two weeks in Beach House and loved it. The location is walking distance to everywhere in town and just a 10 minute walk to the first tee on the Old Course.
The property underwent a total (to the studs) renovation within the last few years and so everything about it feels 'new.'
The owners, Ann and Fraser, are very nice and responsive. So communication was easy.
We highly recommend this property and are very likely to return on another of our visits to the Auld Grey Toon.

Great property in perfect location
The views from the property are fantastic! The sea, the ruined castle, and ruined cathedral! The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere in town in minutes. The townhouse has lots of space and excellent amenities.

Great spot in St Andrews
This three floor house is very close to the cathedral, castle and restaurants on North, South and Market Streets (average 6-12 minute walks depending on which end of the streets they are on). North Bend Cafe for morning coffee and breakfast is 3 minute walk. It is about 15 minute walk to the club house serving the main St Andrews courses (Old, Jubilee, New)--but very scenic along the Scores overlooking the bay. The house is well appointed with three full bathrooms, a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Extremely clean and well appointed. We were a group of 4 golfers but could easily accommodate 6. We originally made this booking at the start of COVID in 2020 and the owner, Fraser was very accommodating and understanding about multiple re-bookings and changes of plans. Overall, would highly recommend.

Pristine Architectural Gem with Picture Postcard Views
This is one of the most amazing and thoughtfully designed houses I've ever visited. The modern layout capitalizes on the stunning views of the castle, the cathedral and the sea. It is immaculate and beautifully furnished. Its location is second-to-none in St. Andrews -- steps away from everything (town, ruins, footpath) but in a peaceful, quiet enclave. My family and I loved every minute in this one-of-a-kind home.

Fantastic stay
We absolutely loved our holiday at the beachhouse. The house is beautiful, really well equipped and the views are just outstanding even our young children just wanted to stand and look out at the sea. Location couldn’t be better , a short walk to anywhere you want to go in town or the the beaches.
Communication with Ann was fantastic nothing was a problem and everything was made really easy. We will 100% be recommending to friends and family and would love to return at some point.

Fantastic property, beautiful views of the ocean and the castle.
We loved our stay at the “beach house”. The view from every room is magnificent, the house is modern, clean and well equipped. The location is close to the main shopping and restaurants and right on the waterfront trail. We were sorry to leave the beach house and St. Andrews.

Gorgeous location in St. Andrews
We had a lovely time staying at the Beach House, which is perfectly situated in between the Castle on one side and the Cathedral on the other. We loved the neighborhood and the convenience of being able to walk everywhere in town for meals, shopping and errands. The views literally cannot be replicated anywhere else.

Wow.
The pictures in the listing seemed too good to be true but this house was everything as advertised and more. The check-in process was simple and accommodated our fluid schedule.
Everything in St. Andrews was within easy walking distance. The views from within the house are amazing. From the second floor you could see the old St. Andrews Cathedral out one window and the ocean out of the other.
The owner was communicative and friendly. We will definitely be back.

5 Stars for sure
This is a wonderful rental unit with fabulous ocean views from the sitting area and master bedroom. It is newly renovated, clean and well maintained. The owners, Ann and Fraser could not have been more helpful and responsive, and were a great resource for recommendations for the town and area. The townhome is easily accesible to all of St. Andrews, with loads of good dining options just a short walk away. We loved this place and I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful property ideally situated in St Andrews
We loved our stay at the property. The house is situated between the Cathedral on one side and the castle to the other, which makes for great views from all windows. The home was comfortable, modern and clean. It is steps away to the beach and a short walk to the old course. Parking was easy too. Also a great spot for day trips to surrounding cities including bustling Edinburgh. A great find.

St Andrews Gem- We Loved our Stay!
We vacationed in a few UK locations this week and decided to pick a house in the heart of St Andrews. It overlooks the waterfront between the castle and cathedral ruins. The owners have done an amazing renovation of this cottage and were gracious and communicative
before, during and after our stay.
We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Our adult kids loved the contemporary touches and we all appreciated the clean and updated decor.
We enjoyed the location as it was nearby the main streets of the town and also an easy drive or walk when playing the golf courses at St. Andrews - what fun !
The water views every day grabbed our attention focus on the natural beauty Scotland offers. We loved our stay and would definitely return if we have the chance. Thank you Ann, Fraser and Nancy for helping to create and share your special spot with us!
