The hallway temp was a little too cold, that's it.

The location is perfect as it is connected with the Paseo Galeria hotel that all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, services, stores, etc. The room was spacious and very clean and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The room was also quiet and the bed was pretty good.

Housekeeping is really hit or miss. Sometimes they do not empty trash or provide new towels, but other than that the room is very clean. You also do not get any sort of water, minibar, room service, so be sure to have water if you check in late. Also, the grocery store is in the connected to the mall where the hotel is located, so you can go buy whatever you need. The other issue is that the hotel is in the same building as offices, so you will need your room card to enter and exit the hotel and there is a large event space connected that sometimes has a lot of loud events with a lot of people.

There no room service, not even a bottle of water to buy. The breakfast is a cheap one offered in a restaurant on the shopping mall on the next building. Very poor solution. The price is not compatible with the services offered.

Location!

Rooms where very dirty, never cleaned by housekeeping. Bathrooms where never washed. I stayed there before and it was good but this time very disappointing.

Fantastic lolcation for business purpose, good restaurants neaby and a shopping for needs just in the same building
