We were 4 couples and 6 kids for 5 days. There was no water pressure so only 1 person could barely use the shower while no one else could open any tap. Could not close some of the doors. Some of the mattresses were really ancient. The electric stove wouldn't turn on. 2 rooms were in the basement with no A/C.. The owner left for a vacation and her replacement was not available during working hours.

The location of the villa is great, very close to a beach, to taverns and to supermarkets. The pool and the bbq areas are perfect for spending the evenings there. The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer. Julia who has received us when we arrived was very responsive to our questions and requests.

The fact that the 5th and 6th bedrooms are in a semi-basement came as a surprise to us because this is not shown in the property pictures or mentioned in the description. Actually the villa has 4 very nice bedrooms on the upper level with a great living room and a very well equipped kitchen but if you are a group of 10 or 12 people 2 or 4 people will have to take the semi-basement: a separate bedroom and a studio, but the bedroom is connected to the rest of the house through this 'open space' studio making it not very private. I believe that this is not an issue for families with kids for example, but for a group of young people it might not be ideal. We also had some issues with the hot water during some of the evenings.

What an amazing property!! We’ve just got back from a week there and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The villa is stunning and couldn’t be better equipped. Absolutely everything you need for a relaxing break in a beautiful country.

Not a complaint but you definitely need a car. There is a taverna a short walk away but that is all.

Lovely spacious comfortable house with beautiful garden and pool area. The view is amazing not to mention the sunset.

The location was great, huge villa, plenty of space, huge entertainment back yard, with pool, the grill has it's own small building with an extra bathroom, just fantastic. Our only regret was leaving after 1 week, we wished we could have stayed longer :).

Nothing really, the host was great and helped us with all of our requests or questions.
