Magnificent services. Kind, prompt, accommodating and professional attitude by the entire staff.

Central location with night security. Comfortable beds. Interior courtyard & pool for relaxing.

5.0
Very spacious room with huge comfortable bed, the place was very clean and cozy and located right off to the side of the Managua’s Main Street.
The beers there were a little more expensive than other places in Managua.
3.5
The bed was sooooo comfortable! Good a/c and hot water! They have a little pool and patio area that’s cute, but I didn’t used it. The property itself is charming and comfortable.
BURNT GALLO PINTO!!! I don’t know why places serve burnt gallo pinto like it’s cool, but it ain’t! The eggs (scrambled) were undercooked and runny. Hair all over the room like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly (disclaimer: I keep my hair damn near bald, so I often notice hair in places because it couldn’t possibly be mine.)
4.5
Comfortable beds, close to main road, kind staff, good breakfast.
The smell in the room..
1.5
Clean facilities
Extreme overcharge for breakfast $10 for the smallest breakfast I have had in this country. When i booked the room it said breakfast was included as well. Then they tried to extort me at checkout

Quiet street, nice pool and relaxing courtyard. Great breakfast and comfortable bed!
A bit tired and needs some updates. This is a minor.point.

We were served by Oscar the waiter every morning and he was very polite to us.
everything was exceptional, no complaints.
4.5
Staff was really nice. The way the hotel was preserved was really good, it looked old in a good way. The rooms were big and clean with big washroom.
Breakfast time can be extended till 10 am instead of 9:30 am

the staff was welcoming ..the bed was very comfortable and the area is near all the action in carretera Masaya .
tasty breakfast with real fruit juice
nothing bad to think of
4.5
The room and location are very nice. Oscar was super helpful with organizing our ongoing trip to San Carlos with checking bus schedules, searching cheap taxis - thank you so much!
Unfortunately a glass plate slid of a small table by accident. Management wanted us to pay 90 Dollars for the (very basic) glass. Could get the prize down to 50 dollars but still feels highly overpriced and left a bad feeling on our side which is a shame since except for that we would have had a nice stay.

excellent courteous staff, nice clean room, good value

I love the location, near to good restaurants and safe area to walk at night.
There were spider webs all over the ceiling, and lots of mosquitos as well. I asked to have the room cleaned out a couple of days and they didn’t clean it, out of 3 nights they clean just once. The breakfast was so so.
4.5
A nice little local hotel. Staff was all very pleasant, efficient and accommodating. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Good Nica breakfast in the morning. Other restaurants within walking distance for dinner (I recommend the Peruvian place). Secured parking. Overall a great value.
No real complaints. Maybe a safe in the room wouldve been nice but I didn't have anything come up missing.
5.0
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was offered a bigger room for the same price as my reservation. Location was secure, but I’m sure during the regular week it may be a little more difficult getting i. and out with a car because when we left on a Monday morning all the businesses were full with cars. The property itself is quiet, not a huge hotel but more of a bed and breakfast type hospitality. It seems like it used to he a home turned into a hotel.
The only thing bad about the property is it seemed like they hadn’t cleaned the room in a little while. There were cobwebs in various places.

Nice and clean hotel with good service.
The staff is very welcoming and helps with different requests (e.g. booking taxis, organizing trips...)

Everything was good--the room, the location, the old colonial decor and the communal seating in the "sala"....but the most exceptional was the staff: Oscar is a prince, as are Manny & his wife. Couldn't ask for better attention.
I liked everything. When in Managua, this is the place I'll go.
4.5
The staff were great. Very accommodating, and extremely flexible. Once I arrived, I had to change the dates of my stay a couple of times, and they improvised easily and willingly.
The coffee--tasteless and watery. An espresso machine would do wonders!
4.5
Nice place, quiet and comfortable. Really good bed, a lot of space in the room. Refrigirator is very usefull. Nice staff. Good location, especially the bakery with perfect coffe and croissons across the street.
It will be good if staff can speak in english.
