- Living spacieux (environ 28m2) donnant sur un agréable balcon ensoleillé coté rue Bonaparte au Sud. Vous aimerez y prendre votre petit-déjeuner, aux premières loges de cette jolie et vivante rue Bonaparte.
Un grand sofa-convertible permet 2 couchages d’excellente qualité de 160X200 cm
- Cuisine US entièrement aménagée: plaque de cuisson 4 feux à induction, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, frigo, grille-pain, machines à café, etc.
-Chambre (environ 11m2) donnant sur un balcon coté cour /Nord.
Equipée d’un 1 grand lit de 140X200 cm et d’un grand placard /penderie.

THE APARTMENT AND ITS FACILITIES:
You will feel at home in this comfortable 50m2 apartment, crossing, bright and clear, with a warm, sober and contemporary design - completely renovated in 2019.
It is ideal for 2 to 4 people.
Functional and well equipped, air conditioned, it consists of 2 rooms and 2 balconies:
- Spacious living room (approximately 28m2) opening onto a pleasant sunny balcony on the Rue Bonaparte side to the South. You will love having breakfast there, in the front row of this pretty and lively rue Bonaparte.
A large convertible sofa allows 2 excellent quality beds of 160X200 cm
- Fully equipped US kitchen: 4-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, toaster, coffee machines, etc.
-Bedroom (approximately 11m2) opening onto a balcony on the courtyard/North side.
Equipped with 1 large bed of 140X200 cm and a large closet / wardrobe.
- Bathroom + WC (approximately 5m2) with large Italian shower.
THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PORT DISTRICT
In the heart of the area classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, you are 10 minutes walk from the Port or the picturesque Old Nice and the Promenade des Anglais and its famous Nice coastline.
Only 300m from the famous Place du Pin and the elegant Place Garibaldi, the picturesque port district of Nice is ideally connected to the entire city, the airport and the SNCF stations.
Many shops, convenience stores and supermarkets will make your stay easier.
You can choose to cook at the apartment, or enjoy the countless restaurants and cafés typical of the Port and Old Nice districts.
From the port, public transport, buses, trams, trains, municipal bicycles are easily accessible and allow you to explore Nice and its region without the need for a vehicle.
Trams (Port Lympia Line 2 or Place Garibaldi Line 1), buses, TER trains, blue bikes at the bottom of the building are all accessible for a low price, even for longer journeys (Monaco, Cannes, hinterland, etc. .)
After a day exploring the city, the coast or the hinterland, you will appreciate the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of your calm, bright and comfortable apartment.

My wife and I stayed for a week in Pierre's flat. We know Nice really well so the location, just up from the port and 5 minutes from the direct tram to the airport is brilliant. A real up and coming area. Martin met us and showed us around, a really good guy.

We stayed in Nice for the rugby World Cup. Location of apartment to the Port was amazing and so easy to catch trams to the stadium from there. Loads of bars and restaurants around there as well. If you are going there and want a fancy meal out we ate at Le Plongeoir look it up it was amazing

We had a lovely time staying at Pierre's apartment in Nice. The location was excellent for getting around with the tram and train stations all within an easy 10 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurant in easy walking distance of the apartment to enjoy an evening meal. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people go about their business down in the street! Would recommend this as a good place to stay to explore Nice and the surrounding area. Thank you.

Idea Location- very short walk to all the key spots. On a quieter part of Rue Bonaparte with a petite balcony to have morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Apartment is simple with everything you need and nothing you do not need: bedroom, bathroom and far size kitchen/lounge/dinning room. Apartment is on the third floor - no lift, did not find it an issue. Pierre is on spot with great communication, guidance and care. Have not dealt with a better host. Perfect value/location proposition to explore Nice for 5 days.

Superbe Apartment!
We stayed at Pierre's apt for four weeks and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Pierre was excellent to deal with and anything he could do for us he did it. The apartment is in an a lovely street in the port area. A spotlessly clean and bright apartment. A lovely sunny balcony where we could sit out and enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen area had everything that was needed for our 4 week stay. A back balcony where you can dry your laundry if you wish. Wifi was excellent. Pierre was so thoughtful and even had wine left for us on arrival! Apt is within easy walking distance of all of Nice. 5 mins to Port area or Olace Garibaldi. 10 mins to Promenade des Anglais or old town. 20 min walk to main SNCF train station where trains are going every 20 mins to Cannes Antibes, Monaco, Villefranche Sur Mer, Menton, to name but a few. Ideal apartment for either short or long term rental. We loved every minute if our stay. Thanks also to Eric, Pierre's brother who helped us out with our luggage in the last day. Dont hesitate to book this apartment. It is a gem!

Great Port area home in Nice
Our home in Nice was a perfect location and comfortable in almost every way. Pierre, the owner, was reliable and helpful. The apartment was ideal for a couple and the neighborhood offers every convenience. Including easy transport from the airport via the new tramway. The only caveat for some is the third floor without elevator. It was 62 steps up to our door. But all else was delightful. Thank you, Pierre.

We stayed 6 nights in Pierre's apartment in Nice, the location is wonderful (authentic) and very central; the apartment is spacious, clean and lovely furnished with everything you need. Communication to Pierre was very convenient and he was always very helpful. I cannot recommend a better place than this one when staying in Nice!

Pierre is a very good host. He is very accommodating and helpful. There was a bottle of wine as a welcome. Check in and check out worked perfectly. No stress.
The location of the apartment is brilliant. The harbor is just around the corner and you can also quickly walk to the old town with its narrow streets and the beach.
The apartment is bright, modern and furnished with love and well equipped. We did not miss anything.
We especially liked the really fast induction hob (breakfast eggs in 6 minutes - yeah) and the Bluetooth boombox, which you can pair with your smartphone. A brilliant idea Pierre! So we always had the perfect start to the day with our music :-)
We would certainly come again.
My final tip: Definitely try the baguettes and croisants from Boulangerie Lagache, just around the corner on Rue Arson.

The apartment was newly remodeled and in an excellent part of Nice with quick access to everything we needed. AC was included in the apt, which is a rare benefit. Two cozy balconies were also available. Excellent value rental!

Perfect location
The apartment was as advertised, clean modern decor, comfortable bed and well equipped. The location was for me perfect with everything in easy walking distance. Nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the long street and watching the world go by. I would definitely re-book this apartment for my next visit. Well done and thanks Pierre

Perfectly located spacious apartment
Upon arrival we had some difficulties at the airport, but Pierre was very helpful and understanding, greeting us with a smile. The apartment was very spacious and exactly as pictured and described online, with a lovely little balcony and air-conditioning. The location was perfect, with vibrant restaurants and bars nearby but not too close as to be noisy, the old town is within walking distance with the beach not much further, and a train station no more than a 10 minute walk away, perfect for day trips to places such as Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and Villefranche-Sur-Mer. Would 100% recommend to a friend staying in Nice, and hope to come here again sometime in the future.

Helpful and considerate host.
Pierre's apartment was perfect for our needs. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Great location and within walking distance to the old town of Nice. Close to supermarkets, cafes, vegetable and fruit stands, and boulangeries. We took the bus and train along the coast visiting small quaint towns. The apartment is very clean with a full kitchen and comfortable bed. My husband and I would definitely return. Thank you Pierre for giving us the opportunity to live and experience the culture by staying in your apartment. Much better than a hotel stay.

Spacious apartment that is close to everything
Enjoyed a week long stay in Pierre's apartment . It was a nice base to explore Old Town Nice, the Port as well as Monaco & Menton since the Nice-Riquier train station is less than a 15 min. walk. Lots of restaurants, cafés and boulangeries close by as well as a supermarket. The apartment is very spacious & communication with Pierre was easy & prompt. We stayed at this apartment for a week last year. My husband and i had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The apartment gives you a home away from home experience. Close to shops and literally just a short walk to the port. The apartment is clean, well equipped and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Sebastien was so accomodating and helpful. Pierre was prompt to answering emails and queries.
Will definitely go back and stay given the chance. Hopefully this coming summer.
