Appartement 1 chambre avec cour privée avec parking hors route, proche des villages de Hamble-Le-Rice, Butlocks Heath et de l'abbaye de Netley. Près des marinas à Hamble et Swanwick. Dix minutes à pied de Netley Victoria Country Park. L'appartement comprend une kitchenette avec un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, un four et une plaque de cuisson avec une table à manger pour deux personnes. Espace salon avec chaise et canapé deux places avec T. V. La chambre à coucher se compose d'un lit double, d'une commode et d'une armoire simple. Salle de bain avec cabine de douche, w. c. et lavabo avec beaucoup de tiroirs. Un sèche-cheveux est inclus.

+ Sehr gute Ausstattung, geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung, verkehrsgünstige, aber ruhige Lage, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, großer Supermarkt in der Nähe, gute Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn
- etwas schmales Doppelbett, Probleme mit Warmwasser in der Dusche

Quite and relaxing but only a couple of miles and you have lovely walks and the sea,pubs for food,the place was very up to date,and clean and a little place to sit outside would recommend

The accommodation has everything needed for a self catering stay away. It's a very pleasant and quiet accommodation with it's own little garden and access.
Microwave, Kettle, cooker and even a Tassimo coffee machine are available, it was very useful to have a full kitchen with a 5 month baby with us.
The shower a very modern but we had some issues with the temperature staying constant and the instructions before arrival could do with some improvements but this is only a minor thing. Certainly would stay again!

This apartment was perfect for my wife and me. Clean and modern, with a nice courtyard. As others have mentioned, there is no washing machine, but there is a small kitchen with all of the basics. Just a double bed--it was perfect for us, but it would be very cozy for two larger adults! Parking is a bit tight, but the owners and their family are very accommodating. I highly recommend this property. Thanks, Kim!

The heating did not come early enough on the first morning but the owner altered the timer ... but on the Saturday we were due to leave it came on late like before so it was a cold start upstairs. The place was very clean and nicely appointed, and owner was very approachable and helpful.
