The property is clean the host is very accomodating and the place is near in the center walking distance only thumbs up👍🏻

The only problem is the house above us we hear there step too LOUD the late Night and Early in the Morning.

Great location, really close to the old town. Quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to. We had the best rest in this place. Giuliano was a great and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Nearby the train station. A breakfast place just down the road. A quiet location and just 10 min Walk to the arena. Spacious apartment. Aircon in both bedrooms. Would stay again 😀

The balcony need an upgrade. No table and chairs om balcony. You must use chairs from the Kitchen. There was only seating for 3 people in the tv / living room. The pillows was not comfortable. Big and hard to sleep on. Wifi needed to be reset every day to work.

Very spacious and clean apartment. 2 good-sized bedrooms and 1 small living room, reasonably sized kitchen and large bathroom. All very well equipped. Absolutely perfect for families with kids, as kids have their own bedroom with single beds. Location was good, about 15 min walk from Verona Arena. Access to highways was also pretty easy. Recommended parking spot was about 7 min walk, but parking places could also be found at nearby streets (free from 8 pm to 8 am).

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, better than in pictures. Everything works as expected. The four of us felt very comfortable. The wifi is good and we could work without issue. The owner is super friendly and easily reachable by whatsapp for any questions and he even helped me practice my Italian (his english is great!) Thank you, I know where to stay when in Verona :)

Spotlessly clean apartment with large bedrooms and very comfy beds. Air con a great bonus. Ideal location for walking to/from the station and into central Verona. Great bakery and ice cream shop nearby.

Very comfortable apartment with beautiful terraces even bigger than it looks on photos. Located in calm area but very close to center. You have only 10min to the Arena in Verona. Everything was very clean, you have all you need for a pleasent stay. The owner is very, knows English and communicaton was very good. He gave to us a lot of useable advices where to go and what to visit. I would recommend this apartment to everyone who is going as a tourist or going to the fair in Verona for a business. There is parking space near apartment that costs 7eur per day. A little bit further there is free space parking near Porta Nuova. If you don't see free parking space, wait for some time because it is all the time circulating. For sure I will come again to this apartment because i am rating it excellent to all my criteriums.

What a place in Verona. I would not hesitate to book it again. Its location was superb, our host Guiliano was fantastic and we very much appreciated him waiting for us after a flight delay to collect the keys. He also has a set up for someone to hold your bags after check out so you can still enjoy the city. We were wowed by the size of the place...and, it being the city of Romeo and Juliet, there were 3 balconies to enjoy. So, thank you for the fabulous stay, it was a big part of a trip of a lifetime.
