The position was great close to pool and beach great views

The furniture is old and outdated especially the lounge suite the springs have gone and it felt grotty to sit on kitchen cupboards are rotting and smell musty the windows only open a few centimetres so can't let in fresh air and only one small dusty fan for whole unit

The shower screen needs replacing, kitchen could do with a update but still very serviceable

There were bugs big the bedside tables and parking is an issue

The fact that there was a small letter box, with the number and a lane way. To the unadvised holidayer it was a nightmare to ascertain that this was the address. Perhaps on the flyer that was given at the real Estate - Century 21 there could have been a hint that the accomodation was situated in a laneway, on a battleaxe!

Beautiful place close to the beach and rockpool, view from balcony amazing especially at night.

The sink in bathroom was blocked , cockroaches at night
