Great apartment with a lot of space and very large balcony. Everything was clean and taken care of. Would stay again.
Very easy, short walk to promenade and beaches.
Bed and pillows a bit firmer than was comfortable but for a few days it was fine.

Kosta went above and beyond on my arrival from Athens on a night bus that pulled in to Sarande at 3am in the morning! Kosta reached out to me beforehand to see when I was arriving, and then volunteered to pick me up, never had that in many years of travelling, greatly appreciated. The apartment is exactly as per photos, light and bright, immaculately cleaned, and 5 minutes walk to the beach, perfect holiday spot.

Kosta is a nice and helpful host. Communication from him was excellent, he was waiting for me upon arrival and showed me around in the apartment. Also, he messaged me during my stay to check if everything was OK and if I needed anything.
The location is perfect, 5 minutes away form the main beach, however, far enough from the noisy promenade in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

The location of the apartment was very good, close to shops and seaside, the apartment was clean, had great sea view, smart TV, the bed was comfortable. Kosta is a very nice person!
there could be more kitchen accessories and the frying pan needs to be exchanged for a new one

Excellent apartment . Great value for money. Very clean. Very kind staff . Very good location within walking distance to the beach, restaurant, coffee, exchange office, bus station, ATM. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Spacious, modern and new apartment. Large living room. Fully equipped (full kitchen and a washing machine) and had everything we needed. Nice furniture. A large balcony with a partial sea view. The location is superb! Very central, only a couple of minutes from the main beach and the promenade. Kosta was very friendly and helpful and we have enjoyed our stay very much.
The building is a bit unusual but it didn’t impact our stay.

Spacious apartments, new furniture, clean, all necessary equipment (iron, hairdryer, kettle, dishes etc). Big balcony with sea view! Great value for money, I warmly recommend!

The place was great! A couple blocks from the water and the main downtown area with restaurants/bars/shops/grocery stores. The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked great. Very large balcony with a beautiful view. New fridge, oven/stove, washing machine, etc. Fast and reliable internet. Comfortable bed. A nice bathroom. The host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here.
