Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige ontvangst
Hotel is “ vergane glorie “. Niet mooi gelegen. Ontbijt zeer schraal, slechte koffie. Avondmaal heel goedkoop, maar kwalitatief ook beneden alle peil. Veel tijd verloren aan check-out, lange rij, slechts één hostess.

Aardig personeel, rustige kamer, heerlijk en betaalbaar restaurant
45 minuten lopen van het centrum, 15 van het strand. Bedjes bij zwembad nog opgeborgen

Loved the breakfast and the super friendly and helpful reception staff. The restaurant evening meal offers quite good value for money and we loved sitting outside in the patio area eating there. We walked with ease to the beach (15 minutes) which has an amazing view over Gibraltar. Parking was great. I loved our room we were upgraded to a junior suite and we did have a balcony which I loved - I wouldn’t have liked to stay here if we didn’t have a balcony and I don’t think all the rooms do.
I didn’t really like the swimming pool which was small and always busy and located near a busy roundabout. Also didn’t like the location very difficult to drive around.

An ordinary, mediocre hotel to stay only for a few days when passing through - certainly not more. The rooms are clean. The staff is pleasant, polite.
When booking, it says that the rooms have a balcony - but there was no balcony. Disappointment. A view from a small window to someone's unkempt yard. I don't think you've ever had such a horrible breakfast. Scrambled eggs burnt the two days we were there and how do they manage to make the food so tasteless? The food selection is very meager, you can only dream of fresh food - not a single tomato or cucumber slice. They don't bring more food, you have to ask and even then it takes a lot of time. I don't consider myself picky about food at all, but I couldn't eat it in this hotel.

Very small double bed, the rooms are not cleaned every day, no towels changes, there are no garbage cans in the rooms, poor sound insulation, the hotel is next to the highway, the dark rooms, the air conditioner blows directly into the bed, the safe in the room does not work...
Breakfast is very, very poor, and the food - chorizo, cheese, bread, salchison, ham - is of very low quality...

The hotel was very nice with a nice clean swimming pool. The room was clean, the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, everything was fine.
The swimming pool hours started too late in the morning - 10:30. Thee were no possibility to swim in the morning before breakfast.
The location was a bit far from the centre, not enough crossroads and not enough transport.
The sea was fare from the hotel and dirty.

Food i have tried hotel restaurant and its dissapointing, too oily, as a desert i ordered mandarin and i got literally mandaring on the plate no cake nothing.... location is far from center and it dangerous are around.

Hotel location is great if you are arriving/departing port of Algeciras only. If not, the location is not great. We found this hotel to be clean with plenty of parking.
This place has the ambience of a medicorce airport hotel, with the exception of the receptionist, the staff were surly and slow. Food at dinner was poor, and the breakfast offering even worse. For facilities this hotel is worth 4 stars, for food and service it is nowhere near!

The hotel is in a good location if you are visiting Algeciras, or if like us, you are on your way to the ferry to Ceuta. The rooms were very clean and stylishly decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of choices. Dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was also very good.

The location is horrible : at a busy roundabout in a main highway, far away from everywhere and in a industrial area. probably a good place if you are in Algeciras for work but not for holiday unless you stay for one night while traveling. Anyway the city of Algeciras is ugly as well.

Breakfast buffet was great. The food at restaurant not so good. Our room, number 134, is large and quiet.
Unless you get a room facing the interior, and I believe there are only a couple of them, the noise from the highway will be pretty loud. Most rooms are small.

The nicest staff ever. The are just nice, warm, accommodating, helpful and caring people. Did their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Location on a busy road, but the noise does not reach the hotel. Ideal from / on the way to Gibraltar. We appreciate in-room tea making facilities and free parking place.
