Parking is tricky, but phone in as you approach and your hostess will guide you in.

Location is superb - on main street near main gate (little train stops there - you cannot drive up to hotel during day - leave car in car park and take train - runs every 15 minutes) view is beyond belief - you look out across the valley at the cliffs watching the birds and birds of prey and the Montgolfiers (hot air balloons) - close to the lift and the Stations of the Cross - Rocamadour is of course built on a cliff edge so probably not suitable for those with limited mobility - it was our wedding anniversary and hotel reserved a table for us with superb valley views for dinner - dinner was excellent

A great place to stay to visit Rocamadour. Alongside the facilities, cleanliness, comfort, staff etc. there was a lovely energy. Plus a wonderful view with a balcony overlooking the valley. Perfectly placed at the foot of the Grand Escalier.

Great breakfast served on the terrace with a stunning view
There is no parking at the hotel and car parks are not easy to find, it would help if the Hotel provided a map / directions to a car park

bathrooms a little small

Location is fantastic, right in the centre of town, and parking turned out not to be an issue as us as we got there early. Staff were very helpful when we realised that we hadn't got a USB charger with us.
Go for a room with a valley view and you can expect to be woken up early in the morning by a queue of hot-air balloons drifting down the valley below you, and lighting up their burners to maintain height.
The hotel is a little old fashioned, and the rooms are small, but then given the location that's to be expected at this price point.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the old town. The room was comfortable and the staff unfailingly helpful and courteous. Our evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast also was everything we could wish for. I would recommend it, albeit with the notes below.
It might be useful for others if I point out that, on arrival at Rocamadour, our SatNav directed us down to the bottom of the hill and then instructed us to turn up a steep hill which was marked 'No Entry'. The actual way to the hotel is to enter through the archway into a narrow pedestrian-filled street. We were extraordinarily lucky in that, as we pulled up outside the hotel. a car vacated a spot. Since there only about 6 places outside the hotel, if that had not happened we would have had to continue along the narrow streets to emerge once again at the bottom of the hill, coming out of the 'No Entry' and then go out right back up the hill to start again. There are are (paying) spaces outside of the archway which might be a better option. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the hotel. However, as has been mentioned by others, our room (4) was very compact and the loo was tiny, with barely enough room to change your mind.

Fantastic view from room. Worth paying for room with terrace. Right on main street in Old city. Restaurant on site was very good. We had an excellent evening meal and breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
It is difficult to.park near to hotel in busy season. Be prepared to walk and/or use the lifts.

Possibly the best balcony in the whole of Rocamadour! We woke up to a hot air balloon drifting past. Unbelievable location right in the heart of the medieval cité. I'm not sure I've ever stayed in a hotel so beautifully located. The hostess was very welcoming and the check in/check out times are extremely generous. It was a very hot day and a fan had already been provided in our room. We had a wonderful stay and we can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
The loo was basically in a small cupboard in the bedroom. The restaurant wasn't able to cater for our diet (vegan) but the hostess suggested an alternative venue which was out of this world.

Hotel located in the main street of Rocamadour, under the site of the shrine and basilica. The room was small with a nice view over the valley, however comfortable and with a nice wifi. The restaurant was good and beautiful with nice staff and good food at dinner and correct for breakfast.
Ok for me but there is no lift.

Great location right in the centre of Rocamadour, close to everything. The restaurant is very good with a great views from the terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking English.
A bit noisy in the morning if your room is facing the main street, people doing deliveries to the nearby shops may wake you up around 5am. Rooms facing the other side are ok.
