Customer service at this hotel is top notch! The shuttle conveniently takes you around Seward. They also store and transport luggage!

The room was very roomy and comfortable. We were on the first floor and probably should have asked for a top floor room. We could hear the people above walking around a lot during the early morning and evening. They did thankfully quiet down by 10:00.

Room was not very nice. Sink in main room area not in bathroom. There was no ice on the freezer outside. $10 is an outrageous price for a bag of popcorn in gift shop. Had reservations for dinner but service was take out only and was never notified.

Booked this property late at night. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was also very comfortable.
