La struttura si trova al 4 piano con ascensore riservato ai soli clienti dell’hotel. La struttura è molto bella, totalmente ristrutturata, un ottimo connubio tra le strutture antiche restaurate e l'arredamento moderno. Si trova in una residenza d’epoca con alti soffitti. Arredata in modo eccellente. Nella mia camera non c'era il frigobar ma in compenso nel salottino comune c'era un comodo distributore di acqua refrigerata (naturale e frizzante) a disposizione di tutti: si poteva portare la caraffa in camera, da riempire al bisogno, ed inoltre c'era l'acqua calda per prepararsi una tisana oppure un caffè. e ottima pasticceria secca a disposizione degli ospiti.
La stanza ed il bagno erano pulitissimi, con tutto il necessario, letto matrimoniale molto comodo.
Personale sia in loco che in reception super gentile.

Lo consiglio soprattutto a una coppia.
Aggiungerei macchinetta caffè espresso al piano camere.
Reception e sala colazione distaccate dalle stanze in cui si dorme.
Piazzetta sottostante di notte non l ho percepita molto sicura ma forse è un problema generale della città.

beautiful building and ideal location for old Genoa. Great breakfasts.
Around the area there isn’t a lot of choice of places to eat in the evening - though there’s one good place just outside the entrance! lunchtime choices are more numerous.

great space, interesting interior design, very comfortable bed, great location, staff were exceptionally responsive and caring when I had a fall and injured myself
I paid for an upgrade to a room with a view but it wasn’t worth the extra money - just rooftops and a church dome and bell tower. it would have been good to know before booking that the bedroom was upstairs and remainder of living space, including bathroom, was downstairs.

it was very close to all the sights in a beautiful old building. The room was perfect for a family with children older than six years.

The checking in at the hotel next door and the minute name board to indicate where the hotel is, very confusing.

It was a really lovely room in a great building. the location was central to the old town and really close to great sights and lovely restaurants.
The only drawback was that it was tricky to find down all the back alleys!

Prostitutes lingering in the alleyway around the corner, at 10 in the morning. (This not the hotels problem of course, but you should be aware the area seems a little seedy, especially at night). But that’s Genoa!!

Staff was very helpful, there was a free water/ice dispenser in the common area, the building itself and room was fresh and very modern.
I’m in a wheelchair and the entrance to the hotel is a big step and very cumbersome, but the staff has a ramp that they will roll out for you. There is no fridge to store liquids, and as far as bathroom items go there was only a plastic glass, hand soap and a mixed soap/shampoo gel in the shower.
