View from the room is fabulous. Small private beach perfect for snorkeling. Great Invitation by the staff.

The house is very nice... The view, the pool, the garden, very nice. Also the rooms are very nice.
The WiFi didn't work and the owner blamed the company but he just gave me the wrong password because he didn't knew it anymore. But that was okay for me.
But what is really wired are the cameras in and at the house. Camera in the living room? At the pool? Without any warning. That's not cool.

I loved the coziness, homeliness and quietness of this place. The view is spectacular! The rooms and the pool are great! And the access to the private beach is a complete treat. The fruit trees (grapes and figs) in the property are also just divine.
There was no internet / no wifi, which made communication very difficult.

The view was nice, beautiful clean room, comfortable bed.
Not so clean shared kitchen, our bathroom had no door, wifi was not working.

The location is excellent. A fine beach at walking distance, several nice restaurants nearby, beautiful surroundings.
We saw the host/staff when we arrived, not afterwards. There was only one towel per person, for several days There was not enough toilet paper. No soap. Shower cabin not clean. The double bed seemed a single bed with a double matras on top of it. The bins in the house were not emptied daily, so they were more than filled up by the time we left. Finally, the info at Booking.com suggested there was WIFI across the house. We did not find WIFI at all.

The view on the sea, sunsets were gorgeous.
No Wifi in the room, and actually only at certain location within the saloon.
Towels and bed linens smelled funky. Towels were exchanged every 4 days. At least after 3rd exchange, we got clean, non-smelly ones.
Cleaning at least of the bathroom could be improved, some residues of previous staying person were left there, like empty shower gel bottles lying around, wet towel. This is not nice as then one can never be sure if it was cleaned properly.

One of the absolute best values for money of anywhere I've stayed, especially considering the quality of the room, the view, and the proximity to the sea! Stéphane is a super nice host and makes sure that all guests get to sit down for a glass of rosé. Social atmosphere with a possibility to hang out with the other guests as well.
No option to pay with credit card, be prepared to have cash!

Unfriendly staff: the owner insists that we pay cash right away, and upfront. Not accommodating at all.
The surroundings are very polluted, the hotel owner does not clean the trash which is in front of his property.
No soundproof at all, we could hear our neighbors talk.
Cleanliness: the towels were grey and smelled bad.
The pool had no deckchair surrounding it, clearly we were not welcome to swim it it!
No breakfast, absolutely zero service.
No door between bathroom (containing the toilet) and the bed...

The house is very unique and beautiful, facing the sea and in a secluded location. The decoration was very trendy and simple at the same time and the pool is amazing. It’s a perfect house to rent with a lot of friends or family to spend a few days. Better than to rent only one bedroom as you will then have to share the common spaces (kitchen living room and swimming pool). Only 20minutes away from Calvi.
We couldn’t lock our “part” of the house correctly.

surrounding of the house is not really clean..there is a construction zone right next to the building and some mess from it is lying around. This place has high potential but misses final touch (clean garden, some electric divises not working, mess on the balcony...)
