Max Ave Beach House est juste une courte promenade à la plage de surf arrière. Envie d'une place de Golf? La maison est adossée au St Andrews Beach Golf Club. La maison se trouve sur un terrain de 3000 m2, beaucoup de place pour les enfants à courir et à jouer. Le pont arrière est un endroit agréable pour s'asseoir et se détendre avec une tasse de thé ou un verre de vin.
Le niveau du sol se compose d'une cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon avec une cheminée à deux voies, idéal pour se détendre par un hiver froid par. Aussi en bas est une salle de jeux avec une table de ping-pong, une chambre double et salle de bain
A l'étage, il y a une aire d'atterrissage avec canapé et télévision. Il y a deux chambres doubles et une chambre avec deux lits superposés et deux lits gigognes et une salle de bain.
Un grand parking est disponible avec une allée circulaire et carport.
C'est un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Maxine is a kind and attentive host, and replies quickly! The house is tucked away in a very quiet location, with lots of trees around and is a 10 minute walk from a very secluded beach. Good shops and pubs nearby, 2 golf courses nearby. Aircon upstairs and downstairs, 3 seating/entertainment areas (inside, outside and upper deck), 2 couch/TV areas, good beds. The house itself is an older build, and has that classic beach house feel to it, it's very homely. If you're looking for a quiet getaway on the peninsula you'd be silly to look elsewhere.

The communications with the property manager was easy and straightforward. The response was quick and the instructions were clear. The location is very quiet and the amenities was awesome. We will 100% recommend this property!

We had an early round of golf booked at St Andrews Beach so thought we would stay the night before. What a great place - it was easy to check in - clean - the perfect location and overall a great property with real coastal charm. We hope stay again at some point soon. Thank you.

A backwater stay- very quiet, surrounded by nature- 10 min drive to Rye, 15 mins to Sorrento. The house is full of charm but is older, has a musty smell, but plenty of quaint relaxation nooks. If u love modern, bustling and beach views this is not the place for you. If u love nature, peacefulness and rustic- this is definately your jam.

4 adults stayed - there was plenty of room and it was very pleasant sitting out on the balcony looking at the views.
We were going to a 50th birthday party so didn't really make full use of the facilities but it had everything that you would need.

The perfect winter getaway with friends, the house was cozy with open fireplace, split system heating and additional electric heaters in bedrooms.
Really loved the location, tucked away next to the St. Andrew's Beach Golf Course and short hike from the beach.
Maxine was an excellent communicator and accommodating host.
The house was lovely and clean, spacious and light.
The kitchen and pantry were stocked with all essential items needed to prepare a cooked dinner and breakfast at the house.
We are looking forward to heading back!

Max Ave Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our weekend away with my daughters and grandchildren. We enjoyed having dinner at the big dining room table and then lighting the outside fire pit to toast marshmallows. The house felt like home, with great art work, a well stocked kitchen equipment and lots of comfy places to sit. Maxine communicated all the necessary details and made us feel very welcome. We'll be back soon for a longer stay, to sit on the deck while the kids enjoy playing in the back yard.

Myself and seven others stayed the weekend for a golf trip away. Perfect location to stay while playing at any of the Sandbelt courses along Mornington. Plenty of room and beds, great amenities. We had to change our booking day, but that process was made seamless while dealing with Maxine.
Will definitely be staying again in the future!

A clean and spacious home, close to the ocean and set in a quiet and beautiful area of the peninsula. Perfect for a group of friends and just a short walk down to the beach.

We were looking for a nice place to stay for two young families (4 kids aged between 2 and 5 between us) and this property was perfect. Kids enjoyed exploring outside and playing with board games inside too. Too far to walk to beach, but a close drive. Will stay here again!

The only downside was the lack of linen/towels as an inclusion nut otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and very spacious.

We had a great stay. The bedroom configuration was perfect for us and they were very comfortable so everyone got a great nights sleep. The house had everything you could need, although I would take a baby gate if staying again (we have a 15 month old) The only disappointment was the cubby house wasn't usable.
